鐵路快運配送網絡規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經濟結構轉型和電子商務的快速發(fā)展,大宗貨物運輸量逐漸下滑,高附加價值貨物運輸需求迅速增長,大力拓展白貨市場已成為鐵路未來求生存、謀發(fā)展的重要手段。貨源結構變化,使得客戶對物流的需求呈現出快、準、穩(wěn)的特點,開發(fā)面向全程的鐵路快運產品已成為鐵路貨運向現代物流轉型的重要戰(zhàn)略選擇。配送作為鐵路快運產品的重要組成部分,其服務質量直接影響著客戶的服務體驗。然而由于我國鐵路貨運向現代物流的轉型還處于初級階段,配送時效性差、準點率低等問題表現得尤為突出,直接影響了鐵路快運產品的全程時效,降低了鐵路的競爭力。因此,研究鐵路快運配送的網絡規(guī)劃,對于改善鐵路配送服務質量、推進鐵路貨運組織改革、提升鐵路競爭力、提高經濟和社會效益,具有重要的理論意義和現實意義。 本論文在鐵路總公司相關科研項目的基礎上,通過實地調研和總結分析,針對鐵路快運配送網絡規(guī)劃問題進行了系統(tǒng)研究,形成了如下主要成果: (1)在總結國內外快運市場發(fā)展狀況和典型快運企業(yè)運作狀況的基礎上,分析了我國鐵路貨改下快運發(fā)展狀況及存在的突出問題,界定了鐵路快運的概念,闡述了配送網絡規(guī)劃的定義與內涵,分析了鐵路快運配送網絡規(guī)劃面臨的形勢與必要性。 (2)提出了鐵路快運配送中心網絡規(guī)劃框架思路,設計了針對城市鐵路快運配送區(qū)域的貨運量預測方法,構建了基于時效性的鐵路快運配送中心選址模型,并用遺傳算法進行了測算。 (3)根據北京市實際調研結果,依據北京市街道、鄉(xiāng)、鎮(zhèn)的行政區(qū)劃以及現有快運業(yè)務開展情況,劃分出了322個配送區(qū)域,對各區(qū)域的快運配送量進行了預測,以中鐵吉盛物流中心為轉運基地計算出了鐵路快運配送網絡規(guī)劃方案,并對鐵路快運配送網絡的構建與運營提出了相關對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of economic structure and the rapid development of electronic commerce in our country, the volume of bulk cargo transportation is declining gradually, and the demand for high value goods transportation is increasing rapidly. It has become an important means for railway to survive and develop in the future. The change of supply structure makes the customer's demand for logistics fast, accurate and stable. It has become an important strategic choice for the transformation of railway freight to modern logistics to develop railway express transportation products facing the whole process. As an important part of railway express transportation products, the service quality of distribution directly affects the customer's service experience. However, the transition from railway freight to modern logistics is still in the primary stage, and the problems such as poor timeliness of distribution and low punctuality rate are particularly prominent, which directly affect the duration of the whole process of railway express transportation products and reduce the competitiveness of railway. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the network planning of railway express distribution, to improve the service quality of railway distribution, to promote the reform of railway freight transport organization, to enhance the competitiveness of railway, and to improve economic and social benefits. On the basis of related scientific research projects of Railway Corporation, this paper makes a systematic study on the planning of railway express distribution network through field investigation and summary analysis. The main achievements are as follows: (1) on the basis of summing up the development of express transportation market at home and abroad and the operation of typical express transportation enterprises, the paper analyzes the development situation and existing problems of express transportation under the reform of railway freight in China. This paper defines the concept of railway express transportation, expounds the definition and connotation of distribution network planning, and analyzes the situation and necessity of railway express distribution network planning. (2) put forward the train of thought of the railway express distribution center network planning frame, design the freight volume forecast method for the city railway express distribution area, and construct the railway express distribution center location model based on the timeliness. Genetic algorithm is used to calculate. (3) according to the actual investigation results of Beijing, based on the administrative divisions of streets, townships and towns in Beijing, as well as the current development of express transportation business, 322 distribution areas are divided, and the quantity of express distribution in each region is forecasted. Taking the Jisheng Logistics Center of China Railway as the transit base, the planning scheme of railway express distribution network is calculated, and the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and operation of railway express distribution network are put forward.
