【摘要】：京津冀機(jī)場(chǎng)發(fā)展中存在首都機(jī)場(chǎng)繁忙,但國(guó)際航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)較弱。天津機(jī)場(chǎng)和石家莊機(jī)場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)能力利用不足及空域緊張和新機(jī)場(chǎng)建成后新的不均衡可能會(huì)更加突出等問(wèn)題。京津冀機(jī)場(chǎng)民航運(yùn)輸協(xié)同發(fā)展要以首都機(jī)場(chǎng)打造世界一流的國(guó)際航空樞紐,天津機(jī)場(chǎng)建設(shè)具有優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)品牌的區(qū)域性航空樞紐,石家莊機(jī)場(chǎng)著力發(fā)展低成本航空,共同為各類民航用戶提供更加多樣化、更加便捷的航空運(yùn)輸服務(wù)。同時(shí),要解決空域緊張和新機(jī)場(chǎng)建成后建立京津冀多機(jī)場(chǎng)系統(tǒng)共同發(fā)展的互補(bǔ)模式。
[Abstract]:Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei airports are busy in their development, but the international air transport business is weak. The design capacity of Tianjin Airport and Shijiazhuang Airport are underutilized, the airspace is tense and the new imbalance will become more prominent after the new airport is completed. The coordinated development of civil aviation transportation at Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei airport requires the capital airport to become a world-class international aviation hub, Tianjin Airport to build a regional aviation hub with a high-quality service brand, and Shijiazhuang Airport to develop low-cost aviation. Together for all types of civil aviation users to provide more diversified, more convenient air transport services. At the same time, it is necessary to solve the problem of airspace tension and establish a complementary model for the joint development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei airports after the completion of the new airport.
