【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易全球化的不斷發(fā)展，港口之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也愈發(fā)激烈。港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的強(qiáng)弱已經(jīng)成為其所在經(jīng)濟(jì)腹地發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的風(fēng)向標(biāo)。因此，如何提高港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力已成為港口經(jīng)營(yíng)者非常關(guān)心的問(wèn)題。一個(gè)港口要想增強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，，不僅需要參照其他優(yōu)秀港口的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式，還需要根據(jù)港口自身的發(fā)展情況，總結(jié)在發(fā)展過(guò)程中積累的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)，發(fā)揚(yáng)優(yōu)點(diǎn)、改進(jìn)不足，使其在世界港口領(lǐng)域中處于不敗之地。 本文研究了港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力方面的現(xiàn)有研究成果，通過(guò)比較系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)方法的各自優(yōu)勢(shì)后，采用層次分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法相結(jié)合的方式進(jìn)行本研究。本文將河北地區(qū)的京唐港作為研究對(duì)象，對(duì)該港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)分析，并針對(duì)性地提出提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的策略建議，為港口決策者優(yōu)化港口資源配置，提高經(jīng)營(yíng)管理效率以及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 本文首先對(duì)港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)回顧。然后，在對(duì)國(guó)家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了解的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了描述。然后分析了當(dāng)前我國(guó)港口發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，同時(shí)對(duì)京唐港的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行了分析研究。而后，剖析了評(píng)價(jià)港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，確定運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)京唐港進(jìn)行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)。在介紹模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法原理及模型的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了京唐港競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，共五個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)和十九項(xiàng)二級(jí)指標(biāo)。最后對(duì)京唐港競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究，以驗(yàn)證模型在實(shí)踐中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。通過(guò)對(duì)得出結(jié)果分析后發(fā)現(xiàn)，京唐港整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平為“一般”，并根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果簡(jiǎn)要提出了京唐港未來(lái)發(fā)展的提升策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic and trade globalization, the competition between ports is becoming more and more fierce. The competitiveness of the port has become the wind vane of its economic hinterland. Therefore, how to improve the competitiveness of ports has become a very concerned problem of port operators. In order to enhance the competitiveness of a port, it is necessary not only to refer to the operation mode of other excellent ports, but also to sum up the experience and lessons accumulated in the course of development according to the development situation of the port itself, to carry forward its advantages and to improve its shortcomings. Put it in an invincible position in the world port field. This paper studies the existing research results of port competitiveness. After comparing the respective advantages of the systematic evaluation method, this study is carried out by the combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. This paper takes Jingtang Port in Hebei as the object of study, evaluates and analyzes the competitiveness of the port, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the competitiveness of the port, so as to optimize the allocation of port resources for the port decision makers. To improve the efficiency of management and economic benefits to provide scientific basis. Firstly, this paper reviews the literature of port competitiveness evaluation. Then, on the basis of understanding the connotation of national competitiveness, industrial competitiveness and enterprise competitiveness, this paper describes the connotation of port competitiveness. Then it analyzes the current situation of port development in China, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Jingtang Port. Then, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation method of port competitiveness, and determines to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the competitiveness of Jingtang Port. On the basis of introducing the principle and model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of Jingtang Port's competitiveness, which consists of five first-grade indexes and nineteen second-class indexes. Finally, an empirical study on the competitiveness of Jingtang Port is carried out to verify the application value of the model in practice. Through the analysis of the results, it is found that the overall competitiveness level of Jingtang Port is "general", and according to the evaluation results, the promotion strategy for the future development of Jingtang Port is put forward briefly.
