基于員工滿意度的HS公司人力資源管理研究

【摘要】:一直以來,機(jī)械配置、專利技術(shù)、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、員工等因素是港口行業(yè)發(fā)展水平最重要的幾項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。但隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易全球化的推行,港口行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈發(fā)激烈,越來越多的企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)者意識(shí)到員工才是影響企業(yè)發(fā)展最根本、最關(guān)鍵的因素。擁有了知識(shí)型、技能型、復(fù)合型人才,并利用人力資源管理手段最大限度地激勵(lì)員工發(fā)揮潛力,才能夠在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來越激烈的市場(chǎng)中謀得一席之地。正是在這種環(huán)境下,人力資源管理被企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)者重視并得到應(yīng)用。員工滿意度調(diào)查是企業(yè)人力資源管理較為常見的工具。通過調(diào)查,搭建企業(yè)內(nèi)部縱向交流渠道,真實(shí)地反映出企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)方面存在的問題,為管理者在制定決策時(shí)提供真實(shí)可靠的依據(jù)。本文選取HS公司作為港口企業(yè)特別是件雜貨碼頭的代表進(jìn)行員工滿意度調(diào)查研究。在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究成果、人力資源管理相關(guān)理論研讀的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)適用于HS公司的員工滿意度調(diào)查問卷。問卷共涉及總體、工作、回報(bào)、團(tuán)隊(duì)、管理和發(fā)展等6大指標(biāo)。利用EXCEL和IBM SPSS Statistics 21統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理、分析,深入挖掘影響該公司滿意度的關(guān)鍵因素。通過對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)該公司在四個(gè)方面有待于完善。即員工價(jià)值滿意度需要進(jìn)一步提升、薪酬激勵(lì)制度不完善、人才培養(yǎng)晉升機(jī)制不健全、缺乏高端技術(shù)人才。結(jié)合該公司實(shí)際情況,本文為HS公司提出五點(diǎn)建議措施。即建立員工滿意度調(diào)查制度,確保及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)存在的問題;進(jìn)一步完善企業(yè)文化,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)凝聚力、號(hào)召力;建立合理的考核體系和薪酬激勵(lì)制度,實(shí)現(xiàn)員工激勵(lì)多元化;搭建科學(xué)的培訓(xùn)平臺(tái),提升員工綜合素質(zhì)水平;加強(qiáng)干部隊(duì)伍梯隊(duì)建設(shè),激發(fā)企業(yè)發(fā)展原動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:All the time, machinery configuration, patent technology, production experience, staff and other factors are the most important indicators of port industry development level. However, with the implementation of economic and trade globalization, the competition in the port industry is becoming more and more fierce. More and more business operators realize that employees are the most fundamental and key factors affecting the development of enterprises. With the knowledge, skill and compound talents, and the human resource management means to maximize the incentive of staff to play their potential, in order to find a place in the increasingly competitive market. It is in this environment that human resource management is valued and applied by business operators. Employee satisfaction survey is a common tool for enterprise human resource management. Through the investigation, the vertical communication channel within the enterprise is set up, which truly reflects the problems existing in the production and management of the enterprise, and provides a true and reliable basis for the manager to make the decision. This paper selects HS Company as the representative of port enterprise, especially the cargo wharf, to investigate the employee satisfaction. Based on the study of domestic and foreign research results and human resource management theory, a questionnaire for HS employee satisfaction is designed. The questionnaire covers 6 indicators: overall, work, reward, team, management and development. Using EXCEL and IBM SPSS Statistics 21 statistical software, the data are sorted out, analyzed, and the key factors that affect the satisfaction of the company are deeply excavated. Through the analysis of the data, it is found that the company needs to be improved in four aspects. That is, employee value satisfaction needs to be further improved, salary incentive system is not perfect, talent training and promotion mechanism is not perfect, lack of high-end technical talents. Combined with the actual situation of the company, this paper puts forward five suggestions for HS Company. That is, to establish the investigation system of employee satisfaction, to ensure the timely discovery of the problems existing in the enterprise; to further improve the corporate culture, enhance the cohesion and appeal of the enterprise; to establish a reasonable assessment system and salary incentive system to achieve diversity of staff motivation; Build a scientific training platform, improve the level of comprehensive quality of staff, strengthen the construction of echelon of cadre team, stimulate the motive force of enterprise development.
