【摘要】：公路工程企業(yè)定額是企業(yè)根據(jù)自身的施工技術(shù)水平和項目管理水平編制的單位產(chǎn)品消耗標準及其它費用的標準，，體現(xiàn)了企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)力水平，是公路施工企業(yè)進行投標報價和工程成本核算的重要依據(jù)。工程量清單計價模式下，企業(yè)定額已經(jīng)成為制約清單計價市場化順利運作的關(guān)鍵因素�，F(xiàn)有公路工程企業(yè)定額原始數(shù)據(jù)大多是通過現(xiàn)場技術(shù)測定獲得，技術(shù)測定法由于其成本高、測定周期長等局限性，難以在大多數(shù)施工企業(yè)中開展。 本文分析了企業(yè)定額的重要地位和作用，以及當前企業(yè)定額的各種編制方法，提出從企業(yè)積累的工程基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)中分析和篩選企業(yè)定額原始數(shù)據(jù)。從統(tǒng)計分析的角度，對公路工程企業(yè)定額的編制方法進行系統(tǒng)研究。在分析公路工程基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)特點的基礎(chǔ)上，研究公路施工項目各個時期和階段基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的來源。并對數(shù)據(jù)進行分類，將公路工程基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)分為空間數(shù)據(jù)、屬性數(shù)據(jù)和專題數(shù)據(jù)三類。闡述工程基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)在企業(yè)定額編制中的重要作用以及相似工程的概念，歸結(jié)同類工程相似程度的影響因素，運用模糊聚類分析法建立相似工程的篩選模型，實現(xiàn)對眾多復(fù)雜工程的聚類處理，從而使得到的原始數(shù)據(jù)更具可比性。進而運用交叉熵理論和BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)方法對提取的定額原始數(shù)據(jù)進行研究，構(gòu)建基于CE-BP的企業(yè)定額計算模型，計算出定額值。最后結(jié)合某公路施工企業(yè)工程實例，運用構(gòu)建的模型進行實證分析并驗證本文所設(shè)立模型依托理論的科學(xué)性和模型本身的可行性，為公路工程施工企業(yè)定額的編制提供理論依據(jù)和切實可靠的操作方法。
[Abstract]:Highway engineering enterprise quota is the standard of unit product consumption and other expenses compiled by enterprises according to their own construction technology level and project management level, which reflects the productivity level of enterprises. It is an important basis for highway construction enterprises to carry out bidding quotation and engineering cost accounting. Under the mode of bill of quantities valuation, enterprise quota has become the key factor restricting the smooth operation of list valuation market. Most of the original data of highway engineering enterprise quota are obtained by field technical measurement. Because of its high cost and long measuring period, it is difficult to carry out the method in most construction enterprises. This paper analyzes the important position and function of enterprise quota and various methods of compiling enterprise quota at present, and puts forward the analysis and screening of original enterprise quota data from the engineering basic data accumulated by enterprises. From the angle of statistical analysis, the establishment method of highway engineering enterprise quota is studied systematically. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of basic data of highway engineering, the sources of basic data in each period and stage of highway construction project are studied. The basic data of highway engineering are classified into three categories: spatial data, attribute data and thematic data. This paper expounds the important role of engineering basic data in enterprise quota compilation and the concept of similar engineering, summarizes the influencing factors of similarity degree of similar engineering, and establishes the screening model of similar engineering by using fuzzy cluster analysis method. The clustering of many complex projects is realized, which makes the original data more comparable. Then, the original quota data is studied by using cross-entropy theory and BP neural network method, and the enterprise quota calculation model based on CE-BP is constructed, and the quota value is calculated. Finally, combining with the engineering example of a highway construction enterprise, using the constructed model to carry on the empirical analysis and to verify the scientific nature of the model based on the theory and the feasibility of the model itself. It provides theoretical basis and practical and reliable operation method for the establishment of quota for highway engineering construction enterprises.
