寧波公交總公司公交駕駛員工作滿意度提升研究

【摘要】:隨著“公交優(yōu)先”戰(zhàn)略上升為國家戰(zhàn)略,“公交都市”在全國如火如荼進(jìn)行,城市公共交通發(fā)展取得了顯著成效。但是作為城市公共交通最直接的服務(wù)者—公交駕駛員的境遇卻并不樂觀,其工作滿意度也逐漸成為公交企業(yè)高度關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。本篇論文通過對寧波公交總公司公交駕駛員工作滿意度現(xiàn)狀的分析,研究提升公交駕駛員工作滿意度的對策,為解決該公司在企業(yè)發(fā)展中遇到的難題提供參考,也為其他公交企業(yè)改進(jìn)公交駕駛員工作滿意度提供了有益的借鑒。本篇論文對員工工作滿意度的內(nèi)涵與界定、影響因素、理論基礎(chǔ)、測量方法與工具等進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了梳理。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以寧波公交總公司公交駕駛員為研究對象,結(jié)合企業(yè)實際和公交駕駛員的特點(diǎn),自行編制調(diào)查問卷。從性別、、年齡、學(xué)歷和入企年限等人口統(tǒng)計因素和工資薪酬、福利待遇、工作條件(背景)、工作本身、企業(yè)管理和企業(yè)整體等維度,對寧波公交總公司公交駕駛員工作滿意度進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,并尋找出收入水平偏低且增長不快、工資績效內(nèi)外公平性有待提高、福利待遇仍需逐步完善、職業(yè)特性帶來身心健康挑戰(zhàn)、企業(yè)管理有待進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)等導(dǎo)致公交駕駛員工作滿意度較低的深層次問題。根據(jù)影響滿意度的因素及存在的問題,提出了科學(xué)改善工資薪酬體系、合理優(yōu)化企業(yè)福利待遇、著力改善職工身心健康、持續(xù)提升企業(yè)管理水平、積極推進(jìn)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)等提升寧波公交總公司公交駕駛員工作滿意度的對策。
[Abstract]:With the development of "public transport priority" as the national strategy, the "public transportation city" is in full swing throughout the country, and the development of urban public transportation has achieved remarkable results. However, as the most direct service of urban public transport, bus drivers are not optimistic, and their job satisfaction has gradually become the focus of public transport enterprises. Based on the analysis of the status quo of bus drivers' job satisfaction in Ningbo Public Transport Corporation, this paper studies the countermeasures to improve the bus drivers' job satisfaction, and provides a reference for solving the problems encountered by the company in the development of enterprises. It also provides a useful reference for other bus enterprises to improve bus drivers' job satisfaction. This paper systematically studies the connotation and definition of employee job satisfaction, influencing factors, theoretical basis, measurement methods and tools, and combs the relevant literature at home and abroad. On this basis, taking the bus driver of Ningbo Public Transport Corporation as the research object, and combining the characteristics of the enterprise and the bus driver, the questionnaire is compiled by ourselves. In terms of demographic factors such as gender, age, education and length of entry, and dimensions such as wages, salaries, benefits, working conditions (background), work itself, business management, and business as a whole, This paper investigates the job satisfaction of bus drivers in Ningbo Public Transport Corporation, and finds out that the income level is on the low side and the growth is not fast, the equity of salary performance and internal and external equity needs to be improved, and the welfare treatment still needs to be improved step by step. The occupational characteristics bring about physical and mental health challenges, and the enterprise management needs to be further strengthened, which leads to the lower job satisfaction of bus drivers. According to the factors affecting the satisfaction degree and the existing problems, the paper puts forward the scientific improvement of the salary and salary system, the rational optimization of the welfare treatment of the enterprise, the improvement of the health of the workers and staff, and the continuous improvement of the management level of the enterprise. Actively promote the construction of corporate culture and other measures to improve the job satisfaction of bus drivers in Ningbo Public Transport Corporation.
