【摘要】：鐵路貨場在整個(gè)鐵路運(yùn)輸環(huán)節(jié)中發(fā)揮著極其重要的作用,隨著鐵路線路能力的不斷提升,鐵路貨場的建設(shè)需求也不斷加大,迫切需要建設(shè)一大批鐵路貨場。鐵路貨場經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性研究是建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的第一關(guān),直接關(guān)系到項(xiàng)目是否能夠開展。 經(jīng)濟(jì)評價(jià)是鐵路貨場項(xiàng)目可行性研究的重要組成部分,也是決定項(xiàng)目投資的關(guān)鍵。鐵路貨場作為一項(xiàng)建設(shè)工程,其經(jīng)濟(jì)評價(jià)要注重項(xiàng)目的財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性,同時(shí)貨場的特性決定了我們也應(yīng)該注重國民經(jīng)濟(jì)評價(jià)。 本論文以M鐵路貨場作為研究目標(biāo),以鐵路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性為理論依據(jù),在其技術(shù)初步研究報(bào)告與規(guī)劃的基礎(chǔ)上,通過結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)氐膶?shí)際發(fā)展情況,總結(jié)項(xiàng)目的情況、建設(shè)必要性,通過分析當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)與交通預(yù)測貨場未來的貨運(yùn)量,并根據(jù)投資估算與預(yù)期收益,從M貨場的財(cái)務(wù)評價(jià)、國民經(jīng)濟(jì)評價(jià)、投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等方面來進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性分析,為M貨場的投資決策提供參考。
[Abstract]:Railway freight yard plays an extremely important role in the whole railway transportation link. With the continuous improvement of railway line capacity, the construction demand of railway freight yard is also increasing, so it is urgent to build a large number of railway freight yard. The economic feasibility study of railway freight yard is the first step of construction project, which is directly related to whether the project can be carried out. Economic evaluation is an important part of the feasibility study of railway freight yard project, and also the key to decide the project investment. As a construction project, the economic evaluation of railway freight yard should pay attention to the financial economy of the project, and at the same time, the characteristics of the freight yard determine that we should also pay attention to the national economic evaluation. This paper takes M railway freight yard as the research goal, takes the railway construction project economic feasibility as the theoretical basis, on the basis of its technical preliminary research report and plan, through unifies the local actual development situation, summarizes the project situation. By analyzing the local economy and traffic forecasting the future freight volume of the freight yard, and according to the investment estimation and expected income, the economic feasibility analysis is carried out from the aspects of financial evaluation, national economic evaluation and investment risk of M freight yard. It provides reference for the investment decision of M freight yard.
