【摘要】:文化建設(shè)在企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)和發(fā)展過(guò)程中的重要性越發(fā)顯現(xiàn),對(duì)高速公路經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)也不例外。企業(yè)文化建設(shè)有助于提高企業(yè)員工的能力,有助于增強(qiáng)企業(yè)內(nèi)部凝聚力,促進(jìn)提升企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。如何創(chuàng)建優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化,使高速公路經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)既能在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)最大價(jià)值,又能兼顧高速公路服務(wù)的“公共性”,是擺在高速公路經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)面前的現(xiàn)實(shí)而重要的任務(wù)。 本論文以陜西高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)管理公司的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)工作相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人和一線(xiàn)員工的實(shí)踐調(diào)查,采用案例分析、定性和定量分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,經(jīng)過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比、用戶(hù)走訪(fǎng)等形式,分析該公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中存在的主要問(wèn)題,探究問(wèn)題的成因。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)陜西高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)管理公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)存在的問(wèn)題主要表現(xiàn)在三個(gè)方面:(1)物質(zhì)文化建設(shè)的主題不夠明確,創(chuàng)新不足;(2)制度文化建設(shè)層面存在多人指揮但無(wú)人負(fù)責(zé)的現(xiàn)象,人員投入不足,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)推諉責(zé)任,審批程序煩瑣,決策緩慢,制度執(zhí)行力不夠強(qiáng),制度保障依舊缺乏;(3)精神文化建設(shè)體系不夠完整,員工因?qū)ζ髽I(yè)精神文化的認(rèn)識(shí)不足而缺失認(rèn)同感。問(wèn)題的根本原因是該公司沒(méi)有形成一套行之有效的企業(yè)文化體系。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,論文運(yùn)用一定的設(shè)計(jì)方法,分別從物質(zhì)文化、制度文化和精神文化三個(gè)層面系統(tǒng)地設(shè)計(jì)了陜西高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)管理公司的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)方案,提出了企業(yè)文化建設(shè)方案的指導(dǎo)思想、文化建設(shè)基本目標(biāo)、主要思路和實(shí)施步驟,從企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、核心理念、制度建設(shè)、品牌塑造、資金保障等方面提出了公司開(kāi)展企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的保障措施。 本論文系統(tǒng)分析了陜西高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)管理公司這一典型的高速公路經(jīng)營(yíng)管理企業(yè)文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,并提出了企業(yè)文化建設(shè)方案和實(shí)施措施,對(duì)提升該企業(yè)的整體管理水平、增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、促進(jìn)企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義,并且為我國(guó)高速公路經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)提供了一定的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Cultural construction is becoming more and more important in the process of enterprise management and development. The construction of enterprise culture helps to improve the ability of employees, strengthen the cohesion within the enterprise, and promote the core competitiveness of the enterprise. How to create excellent enterprise culture and make expressway management enterprise realize maximum value in competition and give consideration to the "publicity" of expressway service is a realistic and important task in front of expressway management enterprise. This paper takes the enterprise culture construction of Shaanxi Expressway Service area Management Company as the research object, through the practical investigation to the related person in charge of the enterprise culture construction work and the front-line staff, adopts the case analysis, The research method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, through questionnaire survey, data contrast, user visit and other forms, analyzes the main problems in the construction of the company's corporate culture, and probes into the causes of the problems. The study found that there are three main problems in the enterprise culture construction of Shaanxi Expressway Service area Management Company: (1) the theme of material culture construction is not clear enough, and the innovation is insufficient; (2) there are many people command but no one is responsible in the level of system culture construction, the personnel input is insufficient, the leadership shirks the responsibility, the examination and approval procedure is cumbersome, the decision is slow, the system execution is not strong enough, the system guarantee is still lacking; (3) the construction system of spiritual culture is not complete, and the employees lack the sense of identity because of the lack of understanding of the spirit culture of the enterprise. The root cause of the problem is that the company has not formed an effective corporate culture system. Aiming at the above problems, the thesis systematically designs the enterprise culture construction plan of Shaanxi Expressway Service area Management Company from three levels of material culture, system culture and spiritual culture by using certain design methods. This paper puts forward the guiding ideology, the basic goal, the main idea and the implementation steps of the enterprise culture construction plan, from the organizational leadership, the core idea, the system construction, the brand shaping of the enterprise culture construction. Capital security and other aspects of the company to carry out corporate culture construction safeguards. This paper systematically analyzes the present situation of the typical expressway management enterprise culture construction of Shaanxi Expressway Service area Management Company, and puts forward the enterprise culture construction plan and implementation measures to improve the overall management level of the enterprise. It is of great significance to strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises and promote the sustainable development of enterprises, and it provides a certain reference for the construction of corporate culture of expressway enterprises in China.
