高速鐵路與城市規(guī)模擴張——基于中國的實證研究

【摘要】:本文采用多期Differences in Differences(DID)估計方法分析了2007-2010年中國高鐵對城市規(guī)模擴張的影響。研究表明:高鐵對城市規(guī)模擴張的影響由2007-2009年的負效應轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)?010年的正效應,并且具有明顯的空間溢出效應。充分發(fā)揮高鐵的城市功能,必須與城市的服務業(yè)發(fā)展相結(jié)合;同時,為避免高速鐵路對落后城市發(fā)展的負面效應,應率先選擇具有分工明確、經(jīng)濟基礎較好的城市之間發(fā)展高速鐵路網(wǎng),從而構(gòu)建協(xié)調(diào)、合理的城市化發(fā)展格局。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the effects of high-speed rail on urban expansion in China from 2007 to 2010 are analyzed by using multi-period Differences in Differences (DID) estimation method. The results show that the negative effect of high-speed rail on urban expansion has changed from the negative effect in 2007-2009 to the positive effect in 2010, and it has obvious spatial spillover effect. To give full play to the urban function of high-speed railway, it is necessary to combine it with the development of urban service industry. At the same time, in order to avoid the negative effects of high-speed railway on the development of backward cities, we should take the lead in choosing a clear division of labor. Developing high speed railway network among cities with good economic base, thus constructing a coordinated and reasonable urbanization development pattern.
