【摘要】：共享交通是基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+和共享經(jīng)濟背景下出現(xiàn)的一種新的城市大眾出行交通模式。它反映了生態(tài)智慧城市發(fā)展時代對城市交通的新要求,增加了城市交通的有效供給,提供了方便快捷、綠色低碳的交通方式,是城市交通的新的生產(chǎn)力。當(dāng)前,共享交通面臨發(fā)展無序、環(huán)境秩序矛盾、規(guī)范管理滯后等問題,制約著共享交通的發(fā)展。促進共享交通持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,需要建立共享交通環(huán)境秩序管理制度、制定共享交通發(fā)展的分類監(jiān)管制度、打造開放協(xié)調(diào)的市場環(huán)境以及建立城市交通公共治理體系。
[Abstract]:Shared traffic is a new urban mass transit mode based on Internet and sharing economy. It reflects the new requirements of urban transportation in the development era of ecological intelligent city, increases the effective supply of urban traffic, provides convenient and fast, green and low-carbon mode of transportation, and is the new productivity of urban traffic. At present, shared traffic is faced with problems such as disorder of development, contradiction of environmental order, lag of standard management and so on, which restrict the development of shared traffic. To promote the sustainable and healthy development of shared traffic, it is necessary to establish the order management system of shared traffic environment, establish the classification supervision system for the development of shared traffic, create an open and coordinated market environment and establish a public management system of urban traffic.
