【摘要】：航運(yùn)具有資源節(jié)約、環(huán)境友好等特點(diǎn)，作為天然的航道長(zhǎng)江，沿江各省市對(duì)于航運(yùn)發(fā)展都比較重視。近年來，隨著西部大開發(fā)和重慶直轄，重慶的航運(yùn)發(fā)展建設(shè)得到大幅提高。隨著重慶經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，重慶對(duì)航運(yùn)建設(shè)和投入不斷增加，重慶航運(yùn)也得到快速發(fā)展，，成立了長(zhǎng)江上游航運(yùn)中心，并逐步形成水陸空的綜合交通運(yùn)輸體系。航運(yùn)的快速發(fā)展，使得重慶航運(yùn)的通航能力增加，萬噸級(jí)輪船直通重慶港，重慶航運(yùn)的貨物運(yùn)輸和吞吐能力大大提高，物流成本降低，有力促進(jìn)重慶航運(yùn)的運(yùn)輸能力和對(duì)外貿(mào)易，解決重慶經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)運(yùn)輸?shù)男枨蟆?航運(yùn)的發(fā)展對(duì)沿江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶及其腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)的帶動(dòng)作用明顯。重慶市交委副主任喬墩表示，航運(yùn)中心對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的帶動(dòng)和提高城市地位的作用舉世矚目。 本文對(duì)航運(yùn)對(duì)重慶經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行評(píng)估和經(jīng)濟(jì)分析，并對(duì)重慶航運(yùn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究，具體內(nèi)容如下： 第一章：介紹本文的研究背景、目的及意義等，述評(píng)當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀， 第二章：航運(yùn)對(duì)重慶經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展作用進(jìn)行評(píng)估。 第三章：分析航運(yùn)對(duì)重慶經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展影響，并作經(jīng)濟(jì)分析，并用數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。 第四章：對(duì)重慶航運(yùn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略運(yùn)用SWOT-AHP法進(jìn)行分析，研究重慶航運(yùn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略排序。 第五章：改善重慶航運(yùn)發(fā)展對(duì)策建議。 綜上，本文通過對(duì)重慶航運(yùn)發(fā)展對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)影響分析，探索重慶航運(yùn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出的對(duì)策建議。雖然在一些方面還存在缺陷，但勇于探索，為后來研究者提供思路和方法。
[Abstract]:Shipping has the characteristics of resource saving and environmental friendliness. As a natural channel of Yangtze River, the provinces and cities along the Yangtze River attach importance to the development of shipping. In recent years, with the development of western China and Chongqing, Chongqing's shipping development has been greatly improved. With the development of Chongqing's economy, Chongqing's construction and investment in shipping has been increasing, and Chongqing's shipping industry has also been developed rapidly. The shipping center of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River has been established, and the integrated transportation system of land, water and air has been gradually formed. With the rapid development of shipping, the shipping capacity of Chongqing has been increased, and the freight transportation and throughput capacity of Chongqing shipping has been greatly improved, and the logistics cost has been reduced. To promote Chongqing shipping capacity and foreign trade, to solve the economic development of Chongqing transport needs. The development of shipping plays an important role in driving economy along the Yangtze River and its hinterland. Qiao Dun, deputy director of Chongqing Municipal Traffic Commission, said that the role of shipping centers in promoting the economy and improving the status of cities has attracted worldwide attention. In this paper, the contribution of shipping to Chongqing's economic and social development is evaluated and analyzed, and the development strategy of Chongqing's shipping industry is studied. The main contents are as follows: the first chapter introduces the background, purpose and significance of this paper. The second chapter: the evaluation of the economic and social development of Chongqing. Chapter three: analyze the impact of shipping on Chongqing's economic and social development, and make economic analysis, and verify it with data. Chapter four: the analysis of Chongqing shipping development strategy by SWOT-AHP method, the research of Chongqing shipping development strategy ranking. Chapter five: countermeasures and suggestions to improve Chongqing shipping development. On the basis of analyzing the impact of Chongqing shipping development on economy and society, this paper explores the development strategy of Chongqing shipping industry and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. Although there are still some defects in some aspects, but dare to explore, for later researchers to provide ideas and methods.
