【摘要】：作為在大連東北亞國際航運(yùn)中心和國際物流中心建設(shè)中發(fā)揮旗艦和核心作用的大連港集團(tuán),近年來提出要由傳統(tǒng)港口裝卸業(yè)務(wù)為主向港口綜合物流服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型,構(gòu)造全程優(yōu)化、高效、綜合成本低的增值服務(wù)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)和鏈條,建立港口物流與區(qū)域物流一體化的綜合物流服務(wù)體系。在大連港集團(tuán)向第四代港口發(fā)展、打造全程物流服務(wù)體系的過程中,航運(yùn)業(yè)將成為發(fā)展的重要環(huán)節(jié),起到銜接各區(qū)域?qū)I(yè)公司和客戶的紐帶作用,成為大連港集團(tuán)完善港口對外服務(wù)體系,增加物流資源,打造綜合物流實體,開發(fā)內(nèi)陸市場的先導(dǎo),各專業(yè)化公司服務(wù)客戶的橋梁,一體化物流服務(wù)的主體,因此,大連港集團(tuán)發(fā)展航運(yùn)具有重要意義。 鑒于目前以及未來一段時期東北腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)和渤海港口功能類型,結(jié)合大連港功能特點和優(yōu)勢,本文以內(nèi)貿(mào)航運(yùn)市場為重點研究航運(yùn)發(fā)展策略,并從大連港集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃和部署的高度,對航運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究分析。通過對外部的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展環(huán)境、航運(yùn)發(fā)展環(huán)境,以及對干散貨、油品、集裝箱、汽車、客滾等以大連港集團(tuán)貨源為基礎(chǔ)的內(nèi)貿(mào)航運(yùn)市場的深入分析,輔以科學(xué)的船型經(jīng)濟(jì)論證及財務(wù)分析,得出了大連港集團(tuán)未來幾年內(nèi)航運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的若干建議。 根據(jù)對大連港集團(tuán)內(nèi)外部各項重要因素的綜合分析,大連港集團(tuán)可以基于航運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)較好的發(fā)展前景,確定航運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展目標(biāo)及定位,并根據(jù)自身特點,結(jié)合區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和港口布局情況,在航運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展過程中采取若干有效的保障措施,這對大連港集團(tuán)通過發(fā)展航運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)向物流鏈上下游延伸、進(jìn)而加快大連東北亞國際航運(yùn)中心和國際物流中心建設(shè)將起到積極而有效的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:As the flagship and core role of Dalian Port Group in the construction of Northeast Asia International Shipping Center and International Logistics Center, Dalian Port Group has proposed in recent years to transform the traditional port loading and unloading business into the comprehensive logistics service of the port, to construct a value-added service logistics network and chain with full optimization, high efficiency and low comprehensive cost, and to establish the port logistics. Integrated logistics service system with regional logistics. In the process of developing Dalian Port Group into the fourth generation port and building the whole logistics service system, the shipping industry will become an important link in the development of Dalian Port Group. It will play the role of linking up the professional companies and customers in different regions, and become a perfect port external service system for Dalian Port Group. It is of great significance for Dalian Port Group to develop shipping because of the flow of resources, the creation of integrated logistics entities, the pioneering development of inland markets, the bridges between specialized companies and customers, and the main body of integrated logistics services.
In view of the present and future economic structure in the hinterland of Northeast China and the functional types of Bohai Port, combined with the functional characteristics and advantages of Dalian Port, this paper focuses on the domestic shipping market to study the shipping development strategy, and from the height of strategic planning and deployment of Dalian Port Group, studies and analyzes the development of shipping business. The economic development environment, shipping development environment, as well as the in-depth analysis of the domestic trade shipping market based on the cargo source of Dalian Port Group, such as dry bulk cargo, oil, container, automobile, roll-on passengers, etc., supplemented by scientific ship type economic demonstration and financial analysis, some suggestions for the development of the shipping business of Dalian Port Group in the next few years are put forward.
According to the comprehensive analysis of the internal and external important factors of Dalian Port Group, Dalian Port Group can determine the development goal and orientation of the shipping business based on the better development prospects of the shipping business. According to its own characteristics, combined with the regional economic development and port layout, Dalian Port Group can adopt some effective measures to ensure the development of the shipping business. It will play an active and effective role in promoting the construction of Dalian Northeast Asia International Shipping Center and International Logistics Center.
