出租車低速行駛費(fèi)對(duì)司機(jī)福利的影響研究——基于北京市出租車市場(chǎng)

【摘要】:本文以北京市出租車低速行駛費(fèi)為研究對(duì)象,利用包含車速參數(shù)的出租車服務(wù)模型,在測(cè)定出租車服務(wù)單位時(shí)間預(yù)期利潤(rùn)分布情況的基礎(chǔ)上,分析低速行駛費(fèi)的設(shè)置對(duì)北京市出租車司機(jī)收入及停業(yè)行為的影響。研究表明:相比于不收取低速行駛費(fèi)或不提高高峰時(shí)段低速行駛費(fèi)價(jià)格,現(xiàn)行低速行駛費(fèi)價(jià)格和收取方式可使司機(jī)獲得相同月收入情況下每月少工作7.5-9.5個(gè)小時(shí)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, taking the low speed taxi fare as the research object, using the taxi service model which includes the speed parameter, on the basis of determining the expected profit distribution of the taxi service unit time, This paper analyzes the effect of low speed driving fee on taxi drivers' income and closure in Beijing. The research shows that compared with not charging low speed driving fee or not increasing the low speed driving fee price in peak period, the current low speed driving fee price and charging method can make the driver work less than 7.5 to 9.5 hours per month under the same monthly income.
