TC汽車(chē)客運(yùn)公司員工培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代人力資源管理的發(fā)展中對(duì)員工培訓(xùn)的重視程度不斷增加,將員工培訓(xùn)看作是企業(yè)提升員工價(jià)值能力的重要因素,是影響企業(yè)發(fā)展及員工個(gè)人發(fā)展的重要因素。我國(guó)企業(yè)在員工培訓(xùn)方面的起步相對(duì)較晚,在員工培訓(xùn)的系統(tǒng)化建設(shè)上相對(duì)不足。TC汽車(chē)客運(yùn)公司是我國(guó)較早構(gòu)建員工培訓(xùn)體系的企業(yè)之一,雖然其培訓(xùn)在過(guò)去幾年對(duì)于員工能力優(yōu)化和企業(yè)發(fā)展發(fā)揮了一定的作用,但是就目前情況而言,企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)體系的發(fā)展也表現(xiàn)出一定的問(wèn)題,在我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)很多企業(yè)具備一定的普遍性。因此,本文研究以文獻(xiàn)分析法、案例分析法、數(shù)據(jù)分析法等,對(duì)TC汽車(chē)客運(yùn)公司員工培訓(xùn)體系的現(xiàn)狀、缺陷等進(jìn)行分析,明確導(dǎo)致TC汽車(chē)客運(yùn)公司員工培訓(xùn)存在不足的主要原因并尋求解決之路。 通過(guò)全文分析,本文得出三個(gè)主要結(jié)論:首先,培訓(xùn)體系是現(xiàn)代人力資源管理的重要內(nèi)容,企業(yè)培訓(xùn)體系的效果會(huì)對(duì)其綜合人力資源管理效果產(chǎn)生重要影響;其次,在企業(yè)培訓(xùn)體系的作用發(fā)揮中,會(huì)受到培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)、培訓(xùn)流程及培訓(xùn)的運(yùn)行保障機(jī)制的影響,但是目前我國(guó)很多企業(yè)在這三個(gè)方面存在一定不足,也就限制了企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)機(jī)制效果的有效發(fā)揮;最后,促進(jìn)企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)機(jī)制的優(yōu)化,對(duì)于提升員工的工作能力及對(duì)企業(yè)的忠誠(chéng)度和工作積極性十分重要,這需要針對(duì)上述三個(gè)主要不足設(shè)計(jì)針對(duì)性解決方案,這是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)培訓(xùn)體系需要關(guān)注的重要內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:In the development of modern human resource management, the importance of employee training is increasing. The training of employees is regarded as an important factor to enhance the value ability of employees, and an important factor to affect the development of enterprises and the personal development of employees. The enterprises in our country start relatively late in the aspect of employee training, and the systematic construction of employee training is relatively insufficient. TC Automobile passenger Transport Company is one of the enterprises that set up the staff training system earlier in our country. Although its training has played a certain role in employee ability optimization and enterprise development in the past few years, the development of the enterprise staff training system has also shown certain problems in terms of the current situation. In our country, many enterprises have certain universality. Therefore, this paper analyzes the status quo and defects of the employee training system of TC Automobile passenger Transportation Company by means of literature analysis, case analysis, data analysis, etc. Identify the main reasons for the lack of staff training in TC Automobile passenger Company and seek solutions. First, the training system is an important part of modern human resource management, and the effect of enterprise training system will have an important impact on its comprehensive human resource management effect. In the role of the enterprise training system, it will be influenced by the training objectives, the training process and the operation guarantee mechanism of the training. However, at present, many enterprises in our country have some shortcomings in these three aspects. Finally, it is very important to promote the optimization of employee training mechanism in order to enhance the working ability of employees and their loyalty and enthusiasm to the enterprise. This requires the design of targeted solutions to the above three main deficiencies, which is an important content of modern enterprise training system.
