TC汽車(chē)客運(yùn)公司員工培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:In the development of modern human resource management, the importance of employee training is increasing. The training of employees is regarded as an important factor to enhance the value ability of employees, and an important factor to affect the development of enterprises and the personal development of employees. The enterprises in our country start relatively late in the aspect of employee training, and the systematic construction of employee training is relatively insufficient. TC Automobile passenger Transport Company is one of the enterprises that set up the staff training system earlier in our country. Although its training has played a certain role in employee ability optimization and enterprise development in the past few years, the development of the enterprise staff training system has also shown certain problems in terms of the current situation. In our country, many enterprises have certain universality. Therefore, this paper analyzes the status quo and defects of the employee training system of TC Automobile passenger Transportation Company by means of literature analysis, case analysis, data analysis, etc. Identify the main reasons for the lack of staff training in TC Automobile passenger Company and seek solutions. First, the training system is an important part of modern human resource management, and the effect of enterprise training system will have an important impact on its comprehensive human resource management effect. In the role of the enterprise training system, it will be influenced by the training objectives, the training process and the operation guarantee mechanism of the training. However, at present, many enterprises in our country have some shortcomings in these three aspects. Finally, it is very important to promote the optimization of employee training mechanism in order to enhance the working ability of employees and their loyalty and enthusiasm to the enterprise. This requires the design of targeted solutions to the above three main deficiencies, which is an important content of modern enterprise training system.
