電煤物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)中港口物流節(jié)點(diǎn)規(guī)模的確定

【摘要】:電煤物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)由上游煤礦、下游用戶、各類電煤物流節(jié)點(diǎn)以及中間的物流通道構(gòu)成。各類電煤物流節(jié)點(diǎn)中,港口電煤物流節(jié)點(diǎn)在整個(gè)電煤物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)中起到承上啟下、調(diào)節(jié)供需的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)作用。港口電煤物流節(jié)點(diǎn)規(guī)模確定是電煤物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局中的重要問(wèn)題。但是,目前對(duì)于港口電煤物流節(jié)點(diǎn)規(guī)模的確定這一具體問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入研究的著作或論文還不是很多。 本文結(jié)合HD集團(tuán)的實(shí)際背景,針對(duì)港口電煤物流節(jié)點(diǎn),圍繞其規(guī)模的影響因素和確定方法展開(kāi)研究。在港口電煤物流節(jié)點(diǎn)規(guī)模的影響因素分析中,針對(duì)能力規(guī)模和占地規(guī)模,從可量化和不可量化的角度提出15種影響因素,包括較為新穎的鐵路運(yùn)力利用率和單位運(yùn)量能源消耗;诟鞣N影響因素,建立供需平衡模型確定節(jié)點(diǎn)總體能力規(guī)模,利用層次分析法確定單個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)的能力規(guī)模,隨后在能力規(guī)模已定的條件下確定節(jié)點(diǎn)的占地規(guī)模。最后,結(jié)合HD集團(tuán)B區(qū)域的實(shí)例進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,驗(yàn)證了所建模型的可行性和實(shí)用性。研究思路和方法對(duì)港口電煤物流節(jié)點(diǎn)規(guī)模的確定有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Power coal logistics network consists of upstream coal mine, downstream users, all kinds of power coal logistics nodes and intermediate logistics channels. Among all kinds of power coal logistics nodes, the port coal logistics node plays a key role in regulating supply and demand in the whole power coal logistics network. The determination of port coal logistics node size is an important issue in the distribution of power coal logistics network. However, there are not many works or papers on the determination of port coal logistics node scale. Based on the actual background of HD Group, this paper focuses on the influence factors and determination methods of the port coal logistics node. In the analysis of influencing factors of port power coal logistics node scale, in view of capacity scale and occupation scale, 15 kinds of influencing factors are put forward from quantifiable and non-quantifiable angle, including relatively novel railway capacity utilization ratio and energy consumption per unit capacity. Based on various influencing factors, the supply and demand balance model is established to determine the total capacity scale of the node, the capacity scale of a single node is determined by AHP, and the occupation scale of the node is determined under the condition that the capacity scale has been determined. Finally, the feasibility and practicability of the model are verified by the empirical analysis of HD Group B region. The research ideas and methods can be used for reference in determining the scale of port coal logistics node.
