【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟全球化趨勢日趨明顯的今天,國際物流在世界經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的過程中起著越來越重要的作用。國際物流網(wǎng)絡建設(shè)的成功與否,直接關(guān)系著一個國家或地區(qū)的國際貿(mào)易情況,進而影響著該國家或地區(qū)在世界經(jīng)濟中的競爭能力。海洋物流作為現(xiàn)代國際物流的重要組成部分,承擔了國際貨物運輸百分之八十以上的運量,在質(zhì)量要求、經(jīng)濟要求、安全要求等方面具有其它運輸方式無法比擬的優(yōu)勢。2009年珠海市提出了以港興市的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,珠海港口經(jīng)濟發(fā)展迅速。中國珠海外輪代理有限公司面臨著巨大商機及壯大自己的機會。公司圍繞集裝箱班輪代理、散雜貨船務代理、貨物運輸、報關(guān)四個主要業(yè)務設(shè)置了事業(yè)部制的企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)。并圍繞這四個利潤中心展開公司的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動。公司具有較為完善的薪酬激勵機制和考核約束機制。公司的管理活動在總體上保持著一種有序運行的狀態(tài),生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營規(guī)模也在逐漸增大。然而公司的管理模式也存在著一些缺陷,需進一步完善。這些缺陷集中表現(xiàn)在五個方面：一是企業(yè)定位不夠準確；二是人力資源管理水平有待提升；三是人才資源開發(fā)工作尚需加強,企業(yè)還沒有形成一支穩(wěn)定的、高素質(zhì)的人才隊伍；四是企業(yè)文化環(huán)境建設(shè)欠缺,沒有形成良好的企業(yè)精神和價值觀；五是業(yè)務創(chuàng)新不足,既沒有完善一體化的綜合業(yè)務,也沒有提升差異化的服務水平。珠海外輪代理有限公司只有正視管理活動中存在的缺陷并積極自我完善,建立有效地約束機制和激勵機制,才能促進公司管理水平的不斷提升。

Ocean logistics, as an important part of modern international logistics, has undertaken more than 80% international freight transport volume, quality requirements, economic requirements, In 2009, Zhuhai put forward the development strategy of developing the city with Hong Kong, and Zhuhai port economy developed rapidly. China Zhuhai Foreign Shipping Agency Co., Ltd. is facing huge business opportunities and expand its own opportunities. Around container liner agent, bulk cargo shipping agent, cargo transportation, customs declaration four main business set up the business sector organizational structure. And around these four profit centers to carry out the company's production and management activities. The company has more perfect salary incentive mechanism and check and constraint mechanism. As a whole, the management activities of the company are running in an orderly manner, and the scale of production and operation is gradually increasing. However, the management mode of the company also has some defects, which need to be further improved. These defects are manifested in five aspects: first, the positioning of enterprises is not accurate enough; second, the level of human resources management needs to be improved; third, the development of human resources needs to be strengthened, and the enterprise has not yet formed a stable, high-quality talent team. The fourth is the lack of enterprise cultural environment construction, which does not form good enterprise spirit and values; fifth, the lack of business innovation, neither perfect integrated comprehensive business, nor improve the service level of differentiation. Can promote the continuous improvement of the management level only by facing the defects in the management activities and actively improving itself and establishing effective restraint mechanism and incentive mechanism.
