【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展背景下,服務(wù)能力不僅是企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)效果的重要衡量指標(biāo),也是企業(yè)進(jìn)一步開展經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的重要影響因素,對(duì)企業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重要的影響意義。環(huán)渤海地區(qū)是我國(guó)東部沿海三大經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)重點(diǎn)地區(qū)之一,經(jīng)濟(jì)影響力廣大,投資活躍。天津港是我國(guó)北方地區(qū)重要的物流中心,對(duì)促進(jìn)我國(guó)的內(nèi)外貿(mào)易,以及京、津等城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,起著重要作用。天津港原油碼頭服務(wù)能力狀況是確定該港口經(jīng)濟(jì)效益狀況的重要因素,也是決定該港口經(jīng)營(yíng)效率的重要因素。 本文基于天津港原油碼頭的服務(wù)能力狀況分析,在充分了解和分析影響天津港原油碼頭的服務(wù)能力狀況的相關(guān)因素的基礎(chǔ)上,深入地研究和分析天津港原油碼頭的自身優(yōu)劣勢(shì)以及所擁有的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)和面臨的市場(chǎng)挑戰(zhàn),并以此為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)天津港原油港口服務(wù)能力的提高,提出了相關(guān)的建議和對(duì)策。以此為有效提高天津港原油碼頭業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益提供有效的建議,為天津港原油碼頭業(yè)務(wù)的管理部門的管理工作提供理論依據(jù)和有效的操作措施,并為其他同類港口的原油接卸服務(wù)能力的提高提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the development of modern market economy, service ability is not only an important measure of enterprise management effect, but also an important influence factor for the further development of business activities, which has an important impact on the development of enterprises. The Bohai Rim region is one of the three important economic development areas along the eastern coast of China, with wide economic influence and active investment. Tianjin Port is an important logistics center in northern China, which plays an important role in promoting domestic and foreign trade, as well as the economic development of Beijing, Tianjin and other cities. The service capacity of Tianjin port crude oil terminal is an important factor to determine the economic benefits of the port and also the important factor to determine the operating efficiency of the port. Based on the analysis of the service capacity of Tianjin Port crude Oil Terminal, this paper fully understands and analyzes the relevant factors that affect the service capacity of Tianjin Port crude Oil Terminal. This paper deeply studies and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Tianjin Port crude oil wharf, the development opportunities and the market challenges it faces, and puts forward some relevant suggestions and countermeasures on the basis of which the service capacity of Tianjin Port crude oil port can be improved. In order to effectively improve the economic benefits of Tianjin Port crude oil terminal business to provide effective advice, for Tianjin Port crude oil terminal business management departments to provide theoretical basis and effective operational measures, And for other similar ports to improve the capacity of crude oil unloading services to provide experience.
