【摘要】：加入WTO后,中國國際貿易的發(fā)展表現(xiàn)出了驚人的上升趨勢,但是由于我國貿易政策發(fā)生了巨大改變,造成進口和出口各種類別的業(yè)務增長。特別是隨著加入世界貿易組織,使外國企業(yè)進入中國市場的阻礙下降程度大幅萎縮。因此,要想重新走上軌道的良性發(fā)展,必須改善不利因素的影響,才能夠在如此激烈的競爭市場中得以生存。 本文主要是結合國際貨運代理的相關理論知識,以具體的物流企業(yè)貨代部門為研究對象,通過調查問卷的形式進行研究,運用統(tǒng)計的方法,在定性分析基礎上,做出定量判斷,達到探尋集裝箱貨運代理業(yè)務流程最優(yōu)方案的目的。 基于此,文章主要從五個部分進行論述。第一部分是緒論部分,介紹了本文的研究背景、研究意義以及國內外研究綜述；第二部分是相關理論概述,主要對集裝箱以及國際貨運代理的相關理論知識進行介紹,為文章的寫作奠定理論基礎,確保論文研究的切實性；第三部分主要是針對A公司在前期做的調查問卷進行結果統(tǒng)計與分析,從而體現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有的集裝箱貨運代理業(yè)務流程的現(xiàn)狀與結果分析,在A公司實際背景的基礎下,對其現(xiàn)行的貨運代理業(yè)務實際情況進行闡述,并通過對問卷調查結果建立相關的評價指標體系,然后根據(jù)相應的指標結果對流程中出現(xiàn)的問題進行深入剖析,從而引出公司的集裝箱貨運代理業(yè)務流程再造問題研究；第四部分是文章的核心章節(jié),這一部分主要是對A公司的貨代業(yè)務流程做出優(yōu)化研究。先指出業(yè)務流程優(yōu)化的目標與原則,然后以現(xiàn)行的業(yè)務流程為依據(jù)做出優(yōu)化方案,并提出組織重組的要求,同時對相關的人力資源與信息系統(tǒng)也做出相應的設計要求。最后對業(yè)務流程中可預知的問題仔細思考并解決。做到提前防范困難的發(fā)生,并有一定的措施解決方案,有助于對公司集裝箱貨運代理業(yè)務流程進行再設計的可實施性,從而達到文章的研究目的。第五部分是文章的結論與展望部分,對文章進行總結,并且對未來研究方向進行論述。
[Abstract]:After China's entry into WTO, the development of China's international trade has shown an astonishing upward trend. However, because of the great changes in China's trade policy, the import and export of various types of business growth have taken place. In particular, with the accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO), the hindrance of foreign enterprises entering the Chinese market has shrunk sharply. Therefore, if we want to re-enter the track of benign development, we must improve the impact of adverse factors in order to survive in such a fierce competitive market. This paper mainly combines the relevant theoretical knowledge of international freight forwarder, taking the specific logistics enterprise freight forwarder department as the research object, carries on the research through the questionnaire form, uses the statistical method, on the basis of the qualitative analysis, makes the quantitative judgment. The purpose of this paper is to explore the optimal scheme of container freight forwarding business process. Based on this, the article mainly discusses from five parts. The first part is the introduction part, which introduces the research background, research significance and domestic and foreign research overview; the second part is the overview of relevant theories, mainly the container and international freight forwarding related theoretical knowledge. To lay a theoretical foundation for the writing of the paper, to ensure the practicality of the paper. The third part is mainly aimed at the results of the questionnaire made by company A in the early stage. Therefore, the present situation and results of container freight forwarding business process are analyzed. Based on the actual background of company A, the actual situation of freight forwarding business is expounded. And through the questionnaire survey results to establish the relevant evaluation index system, and then according to the corresponding index results of the process of in-depth analysis, leading to the company's container freight forwarding agent business process reengineering research; The fourth part is the core chapter of the article, this part is mainly to optimize the freight forwarding business process of A company. This paper first points out the objectives and principles of business process optimization, then, based on the existing business process, makes the optimization scheme, and puts forward the requirements of organizational reorganization. At the same time, it also makes the corresponding design requirements for the related human resources and information systems. Finally, the predictable problems in the business process are carefully considered and solved. It is helpful to redesign the business process of container freight forwarder and to achieve the purpose of the article. The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect of the article, summarizes the article, and discusses the future research direction.
