L港口集裝箱裝卸價(jià)格定價(jià)管理研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous promotion of container terminal construction by local governments along the coast, the hardware facilities and business level of various terminals are gradually approaching, which makes the importance of container terminal handling prices increasingly prominent. The terminal prices become the cargo side and the port side. The government pays close attention to the focus of the three parties, the pricing optimization of container handling price has become one of the important factors affecting the development of wharf. L port has always regarded container development as the most important one, but for a long time, Container handling price pricing management has not been developed, pricing strategy is extensive, fee collection management is weak. In this paper, the L port container handling price is taken as the research object. By identifying the influencing factors of L port container loading and unloading pricing management, the weight of various index factors is determined by using AHP method. Combined with the weight distribution, the paper puts forward the strategy and suggestion of container loading and unloading pricing management in L port. Through the domestic and foreign port pricing, container handling price and other related literature combing, from the time of publication, cited frequency to understand the domestic and foreign container loading and unloading pricing research status. It is found that there is a lack of influence factors on port container loading and unloading pricing at home and abroad. Three service pricing theories, namely, cost-oriented pricing, demand-oriented pricing and competitive-oriented pricing are described in detail. This paper systematically analyzes the loading and unloading pricing strategy and management methods of container ports at home and abroad. The current situation and problems of the pricing management of container loading and unloading price in port L are discussed in detail. This paper further identifies the influencing factors of container loading and unloading pricing in Port L, combining with the location characteristics of Port L, and based on the introduction of the connotation and steps of Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), constructs the AHP model of container handling pricing in Port L. The relative importance weight of each index is estimated by consulting questionnaire. It is found that the cost factor is the most important dimension and the competition among container terminals is the most important second dimension. With the help of index weight distribution formula, it is verified that the relative importance weight of each index is quite different, which indicates that the index weight measurement result of L port container loading and unloading pricing model based on AHP is more ideal. After the weight is determined, an empirical study on L port is carried out by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and it is proved that the weight distribution coincides with the actual situation of L port. Finally, according to the distribution of the weight of the factors affecting the pricing of container loading and unloading price in port L, the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures from the pricing strategy, management methods and other aspects, aiming at the shortcomings of the pricing and management aspects.
