鐵路物流園區(qū)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式研究
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the rapid development of market economy, the demand for logistics tends to be individualized and diversified. The traditional railway logistics based on railway freight station has the flexibility of operation and the diversity of service content. Transport convergence and other aspects have gradually failed to meet the needs of the market. Therefore, the railway freight terminal has expanded into a railway logistics park, from providing a single transport service for customers to a personalized and all-round transport service. The reform of the Ministry of Railways in 2013 for the State Administration of Railways and the China Railway Corporation will have a great impact on the development of railway logistics. This paper takes this as the background, carries on the theory research to the railway logistics park's operation pattern, the main research content is as follows: 1. This paper briefly analyzes the present situation of the development of railway freight station in China, and discusses the necessity, conditions and ways of developing the railway freight station into a railway logistics park. This paper defines the railway logistics park, analyzes the connotation of the railway logistics park, and probes into the connotation of the operation mode of the railway logistics park. According to the development stage of the park, the operation mode is divided into investment development mode, management operation mode and profit mode. 3. Based on the experience of domestic and foreign logistics park operation mode, this paper analyzes the relevant factors affecting railway logistics park, and designs the feasible investment mode, construction mode and management mode of railway logistics park in our country combined with the present situation of railway system in our country. Operating mode, organizational structure and profit model. 4. The case introduces the current operation situation of Chengdu International Container Logistics Park, which is based on Chengdu Railway Container Central Station, and optimizes its investment and development mode and management operation mode. Finally, the profit model of different development stages is put forward for the logistics park.
