高速鐵路建設(shè)單位風(fēng)險管理研究
[Abstract]:The construction scale of high-speed railway in China has become the first in the world, and the development of high-speed railway is still accelerating. In addition, the construction project of high-speed railway has the characteristics of long construction period, high technical requirements, difficult management, involving a large number of participating units, huge investment, and so on. As the high-speed railway construction unit is the core subject of the construction project and runs through the whole process of the construction project, it is of great significance to study the risk management of the high-speed railway construction project from the perspective of the construction unit. Personnel to implement risk response measures to provide reference suggestions, so that more construction units attach importance to risk management, and thus improve the level of risk management of high-speed railway construction projects in China.
Firstly, the paper introduces the general situation of the development of high-speed railway in China, the characteristics of construction projects and the relevant policies and systems of risk management, discusses the significance of this study, and collates the literature on risk management, construction project risk management and high-speed railway construction risk management at home and abroad. Secondly, it studies the literature by searching for information. Based on the study of foreign literatures and analysis of cases, this paper summarizes the successful experience of risk management of foreign construction projects, and provides reference for the implementation of risk management of high-speed railway in China. Risk characteristics of construction projects are identified from the perspective of risk management of high-speed railway construction units. Risk factors are divided into external environmental risks, internal risks of construction units and risks from other participating units. Lists of risk identification are listed and all risk factors are analyzed in detail. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward some suggestions from the angle of system guarantee for implementing risk management, and at the same time expounds in detail the measures taken by construction units to implement risk management.
