【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程的加劇,當(dāng)前世界產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,帶動(dòng)著以石油及油化品為主導(dǎo)能源的經(jīng)濟(jì)體制發(fā)展進(jìn)程,也促使著我國當(dāng)前能源結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷調(diào)整,形成了以石油及油化品為主導(dǎo)的能源消費(fèi)與生產(chǎn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)鏈條。石油的供應(yīng),成為我國建設(shè)新非可再生能源經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的重要環(huán)節(jié)。在當(dāng)前的形勢(shì)下,我國的油化品行業(yè)的主要由進(jìn)口供應(yīng)的狀況帶動(dòng)了港口經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。港口,作為溝通世界經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易的橋梁,在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)物流鏈接起到了重要的支撐作用,其戰(zhàn)略地位日益加強(qiáng)。 DL港油品碼頭公司,作為我國重要油品裝卸港口公司之一,在東北及環(huán)渤海地區(qū)承擔(dān)著油品轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)的重要任務(wù)。在當(dāng)今石油及油化品產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展形勢(shì)下,如何加強(qiáng)DL港油品碼頭公司的建設(shè),適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代化油化品轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)港口企業(yè)的發(fā)展需要,在行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中提升自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,壯大自己的油品儲(chǔ)運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展,對(duì)這一問題的研究,有著重要意義。 本文立足于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論基礎(chǔ),主要針對(duì)DL港油品碼頭公司的市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)所處的環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,根據(jù)DL港油品碼頭公司“十一五”期間吞吐量數(shù)據(jù),采用灰色預(yù)測(cè)法,對(duì)“十二五”期間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展做出預(yù)測(cè),然后再運(yùn)用SWOT分析法,分析公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中的優(yōu)劣勢(shì),以及存在的機(jī)會(huì)與威脅,提出了公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方向和發(fā)展措施。本文主要以DL港油品碼頭公司的行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀作為實(shí)例,與同行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)公司做出對(duì)比研究,開發(fā)出適合自己港口公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方法,力圖為港口油化品企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升方面提出參考意見,對(duì)于港口企業(yè)的發(fā)展具有一定的參考作用。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of the economic globalization process, the adjustment of the world industrial structure is driving the development of the economic system, which is dominated by petroleum and oil and chemical products, and also promotes the continuous adjustment of the current energy structure of our country. The economic chain of energy consumption and production led by petroleum and oil products has been formed. The supply of petroleum has become an important link in the construction of new non-renewable energy economic system in China. Under the current situation, the oil and chemical products industry of our country is mainly driven by the import supply situation to promote the development of port economy. Port, as a bridge between world economy and trade, plays an important supporting role in the global economic logistics link, and its strategic position is increasingly strengthened. DL Port Oil products Terminal Company, as one of the important oil handling port companies in China, In the northeast and the Bohai Rim area, it undertakes the important task of oil product transshipment. Under the situation of the rapid development of petroleum and oil products industry, how to strengthen the construction of DL Port Oil Terminal Company, adapt to the development needs of modern oil and chemical transport port enterprises, and enhance their competitiveness in the competition of the industry. It is of great significance to strengthen the development of oil storage and transportation business. Based on the theory of enterprise strategic management, this paper analyzes the environment of DL Port Oil products Wharf Company according to the market situation of DL Port Oil products Wharf Company. According to the throughput data of DL Port Oil products Wharf Company during the 11th Five-Year Plan period, the grey forecasting method is adopted. This paper forecasts the business development in the 12th Five-Year Plan period, and then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats in the business development by using the SWOT analysis method, and puts forward the strategic direction and development measures for the business development of the company. This paper mainly takes the current situation of DL Port Oil products Wharf Company as an example, makes a comparative study with the same industry competition company, and develops a development strategy method suitable for our own port company. The paper tries to give some reference suggestions for the development of port oil and chemical products enterprises in the aspect of enhancing the competitiveness of port oil and chemical products enterprises, which has a certain reference function for the development of port enterprises.
