面向多式聯(lián)運(yùn)的信息集成與服務(wù)優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the important position of multimodal transport in China has become increasingly prominent. However, due to the restriction of the objective system of our country, the lack of effective coordination between different transportation industries supported by information technology leads to the transportation modes, such as railways, waterways, highways, and other transportation modes, which are cross-departmental and cross-industry. Cross-regional information resources can not be shared, information agglomeration effect can not be effectively played. Therefore, in this environment, there is an urgent need to realize information integration in multimodal transport process. The research on information integration service in multimodal transport has become a hot topic. In order to realize the information integration and service optimization of multimodal transport, this paper takes the information integration service as the background, takes the information application as the center, takes the multimodal transport information as the research object, uses the multimodal transport theory, the information integration theory. Based on the knowledge of information integration service theory and other disciplines, the data integration and application integration in multimodal transport are studied and a service optimization method is proposed. First of all, a data element based data representation method for multimodal transport is proposed. The original data of railway, highway and waterway in multimodal transport are represented by this method, and the transport mileage is obtained. The structure of transportation time and cost table improves the data integration by using the concept of relation. After data integration, the security control methods of multimodal transport data are studied from three aspects: standardized processing, access control and identity authentication. Secondly, ant colony algorithm, multi-objective algorithm and job-shop scheduling algorithm are applied to the optimization of intermodal transport information integration service. A shipper oriented ant colony multiobjective optimization algorithm (SAMOA) and a carrier oriented vehicle scheduling optimization algorithm (CVTSA) are proposed. Finally, the model of data integration and service optimization of multimodal transport is constructed under the background of multimodal transport from above seaport to Ordos, which verifies the effectiveness and practicability of this method.
