面向平面布置的集裝箱碼頭物流系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜性研究

【摘要】:復(fù)雜性研究是本世紀(jì)系統(tǒng)科學(xué)發(fā)展的方向,復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)往往由大量的元素組成,具有非線性、動態(tài)性、不確定性以及不斷演化的特征,是一類非平衡的開放體系。現(xiàn)代大型專業(yè)集裝箱碼頭物流系統(tǒng)就是這樣一個復(fù)雜系統(tǒng),存在許多工程技術(shù)難題。查閱學(xué)科前沿文獻(xiàn)可知,過去幾乎沒有學(xué)者從現(xiàn)代復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的思想系統(tǒng)地研究集裝箱碼頭物流系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性問題,本論文的研究工作可為深入系統(tǒng)地研究和解決集裝箱碼頭物流系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性問題奠定一定的學(xué)術(shù)基礎(chǔ),也是添補(bǔ)集裝箱碼頭物流系統(tǒng)研究的一個學(xué)術(shù)空白,主要做了以下幾個方面的研究: (1)集裝箱碼頭物流系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜性的定性分析。描述集裝箱碼頭物流系統(tǒng)的組成、動態(tài)行為與狀態(tài)變量以及動態(tài)流程與反饋控制。分析碼頭環(huán)境作用、規(guī)模與平面布置形式以及生產(chǎn)組織和實(shí)施過程中的復(fù)雜性,包括生產(chǎn)信息輸入、車輛與船舶輸入、天氣影響、碼頭泊位數(shù)、不同的平面布置結(jié)構(gòu)以及裝卸船和集疏運(yùn)運(yùn)作過程等因素對碼頭復(fù)雜性的影響。 (2)從宏觀、中觀、微觀三方面分析集裝箱碼頭物流系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜性特征,然后從平面布置的不同形式分析復(fù)雜性的來源,從集裝箱種類復(fù)雜性、結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜性以及過程復(fù)雜性三個方面論述了其靜態(tài)復(fù)雜性的具體影響因素。 (3)基于系統(tǒng)信息熵的基本理論,明確了集裝箱碼頭物流系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜度的基本含義,建立了集裝箱碼頭物流系統(tǒng)局部與整體結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜度的計算模型,可綜合評價碼頭局部與整體的復(fù)雜度,比如,可用于計算堆場不同分塊數(shù)的結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜度,評價堆場的平面布置方案,其值越大,表明物流系統(tǒng)越復(fù)雜。 (4)以碼頭路網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)為對象,基于信息熵理論提出了碼頭路網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜性測度的計算方法。通過計算路網(wǎng)節(jié)點(diǎn)的復(fù)雜度,可分析比較各路網(wǎng)交叉口的復(fù)雜度,尋求道路節(jié)點(diǎn)復(fù)雜度的優(yōu)化分布;通過對碼頭整體路網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜性的計算,可比較不同碼頭設(shè)計方案的路網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)劣,進(jìn)行方案評選。 論文在現(xiàn)代復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)科學(xué)思想的引領(lǐng)下,對集裝箱碼頭物流系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜性進(jìn)行了深入的研究,為提高集裝箱碼頭規(guī)劃設(shè)計水平拓展了理論分析空間,所取得的研究成果具有較重要的學(xué)術(shù)價值和工程意義。
[Abstract]:Complexity research is the development direction of systems science in this century. Complex systems are often composed of a large number of elements, with the characteristics of nonlinearity, dynamics, uncertainty and continuous evolution. Complex systems are a class of non-equilibrium open systems. Modern large-scale specialized container terminal logistics system is such a complex system, there are many engineering technical problems. According to the frontier literature of the subject, in the past, few scholars systematically studied the complexity of container terminal logistics system from the modern complex system science. The research work of this paper can lay a certain academic foundation for further and systematic research and solution of the complexity of container terminal logistics system, and it is also an academic blank in the research of container terminal logistics system. The main research is as follows: (1) qualitative analysis of the complexity of container terminal logistics system. Describes the composition of container terminal logistics system, dynamic behavior and state variables, dynamic process and feedback control. Analysis of the environmental role, scale and layout of the wharf, as well as the complexity of production organization and implementation, including production information input, vehicle and ship input, weather impact, berth number, The influence of different layout structure, loading and unloading ship and collecting and distributing operation process on the complexity of the terminal. (2) the complexity characteristics of container terminal logistics system are analyzed from macro, meso and micro aspects. Then analyze the source of complexity from the different forms of layout, from the complexity of container types, Three aspects of structural complexity and process complexity are discussed. (3) based on the basic theory of system information entropy, the basic meaning of the complexity of container terminal logistics system is defined. A computational model of the local and overall structural complexity of the container terminal logistics system is established, which can be used to evaluate the local and global complexity of the terminal. For example, it can be used to calculate the structural complexity of different blocks of the yard. The larger the value of the layout of the yard is, the more complex the logistics system is. (4) based on the information entropy theory, a calculation method of the complexity measure of the terminal road network structure is proposed based on the information entropy theory. By calculating the complexity of road network nodes, the complexity of road network intersections can be analyzed and compared, and the optimal distribution of road node complexity can be found. The network structure of different wharf design schemes can be compared and evaluated. Under the guidance of the scientific thought of modern complex system, this paper makes a deep research on the complexity of container terminal logistics system, and expands the theoretical analysis space for improving the level of container terminal planning and design. The research results obtained have important academic value and engineering significance.
