基于時(shí)間Petri網(wǎng)的鐵水物流運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)建模

【摘要】:針對(duì)鐵水物流系統(tǒng)流動(dòng)途徑網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和動(dòng)態(tài)復(fù)雜性特點(diǎn),基于鐵水物流流動(dòng)時(shí)間約束,利用時(shí)間Petri網(wǎng)建模理論和方法,建立了鋼鐵廠鐵水供應(yīng)復(fù)雜物流系統(tǒng)模型,并基于Extendsim仿真平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)昆鋼煉鋼廠鐵水運(yùn)輸復(fù)雜物流系統(tǒng)的仿真分析,為鐵水物流路徑網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化和改進(jìn),進(jìn)一步完善、提高鋼鐵生產(chǎn)過(guò)程物流運(yùn)行效率、實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排目標(biāo)提供有益建議和指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of the network and dynamic complexity of the flow path of the hot metal logistics system, based on the time constraint of the flow of the hot metal logistics, using the modeling theory and method of time Petri net, the complex logistics system model of the hot metal supply in the iron and steel plant is established. Based on the Extendsim simulation platform, the simulation analysis of complex logistics system of hot metal transportation in Kunming Iron and Steel works is realized, which can optimize and improve the network of hot metal logistics path, further improve the efficiency of logistics operation in the process of iron and steel production. To achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction to provide useful advice and guidance.
