【摘要】：隨著淮安經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,淮安的物流業(yè)發(fā)展的步伐逐漸加快,對(duì)集裝箱物流運(yùn)輸?shù)男枨笠苍絹碓酱�。本論文在淮安集裝箱運(yùn)輸發(fā)展內(nèi)外環(huán)境、生成量影響因素、運(yùn)輸分流因素和淮安集裝箱運(yùn)輸發(fā)展SWOT的分析基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)淮安集裝箱集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng),內(nèi)河集裝箱運(yùn)輸樞紐和設(shè)施建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)、信息化等方面提出了相關(guān)建議和策略。 論文首先對(duì)選題背景、國內(nèi)外集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展、集裝箱運(yùn)輸發(fā)展的意義及相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行的介紹；其次析淮安集裝箱運(yùn)輸發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)和存在的問題,概述淮安市集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展歷程,分析淮安市集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)；再次,運(yùn)用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析法對(duì)淮安發(fā)展集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)膬?nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析和探討,總結(jié)得出淮安發(fā)展集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)膬?yōu)勢、劣勢以及要面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)；最后,在確定了淮安集裝箱運(yùn)輸業(yè)發(fā)展的思路和目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出發(fā)展淮安集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)闹匾蝿?wù)和保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Huaian economy, the pace of the development of Huai'an logistics industry is gradually accelerated, and the demand for container logistics transportation is also increasing. Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment, the factors affecting the volume of production, the factors of transportation diversion and the development of SWOT of Huai'an container transportation, this paper analyzes the Huai'an container transportation system, the inland river container transport hub and the construction of facilities. Personnel training, information technology and other aspects of the relevant suggestions and strategies. Firstly, the paper introduces the background of the topic, the development of container transport at home and abroad, the significance of container transport development and related theories, and then analyzes the current situation, characteristics and existing problems of the development of Huai'an container transportation. This paper summarizes the development course of container transportation in Huai'an city, analyzes the present situation and characteristics of container transportation in Huai'an city. Thirdly, it analyzes and discusses the internal and external environment of container transportation development in Huai'an by enterprise strategic environment analysis. Finally, on the basis of defining the ideas and objectives of the development of Huai'an container transportation, it concludes that the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges to be faced with the development of container transportation in Huai'an, Put forward the important task and safeguard measure of developing Huai'an container transportation.
