《民航服務(wù)禮儀》CBT軟件的設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the degree of information in society, the deep integration of education and information technology is imperative. The application of information technology in the classroom has become the inevitable choice of education work. How to optimize the teaching process and make learners acquire knowledge efficiently is a key problem that educators need to solve. As an important talent input source for civil aviation transportation, the teaching quality of flight attendants in colleges and universities affects the overall quality of civil aviation practitioners. With the help of new media, we can solve this problem to a certain extent. CBT software can integrate data, picture, text and sound into one organic whole, have better interaction, high student participation, and can combine theory with practice. So that students can improve the level of analysis and problem solving, can also improve the quality of teaching, quality education has a positive value. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the design and development of CBT software. This paper studies the development of CBT software at home and abroad, and analyzes the course characteristics of Civil Aviation Service Etiquette. From the theoretical level, this paper probes into the theoretical basis of designing and developing CBT software. Based on the situational cognition theory, the theoretical framework of developing CBT teaching software is designed. The theoretical framework of CBT teaching software is designed to give full play to students' subjective position and to promote effective learning. Through the requirement analysis, the function module design, collects the text, the graphics image, the audio frequency, the video, the animation and so on material, uses the third party software to carry on the assistance editing, designs and develops "Civil Aviation Service Etiquette" CBT software system. The user role of the CBT software can be divided into administrator and learner. The administrator can manage the system with user, authority management, class management, civil defense service etiquette course management, etc. Learners can learn from published chapters, test learning outcomes, conduct performance analysis, and view assignments, the latest learning resources, and classic answers. In order to optimize and perfect the performance of CBT, the CBT software is tested by the method of design and research. The section of "crew hairstyle design" in the course of "Civil Aviation Service Etiquette" is taken as an example. The teaching design with the help of CBT is described in detail, including: Prophase analysis, design of teaching activities and summary of teaching activities. The software is evaluated objectively by referring to the evaluation scale of the 19th National Education and Teaching Informatization Competition. Finally, the paper summarizes and prospects the design and development of CBT software in order to improve it.
