干散貨航運(yùn)業(yè)第四方物流信息平臺(tái)研究

【摘要】:在全球發(fā)展供應(yīng)鏈的過程中,航運(yùn)作為重要的物流運(yùn)輸方式之一,因其諸多優(yōu)勢(shì)而被日益被重視。雖然全球貿(mào)易的海上貨物運(yùn)輸很大程度上依賴集裝箱化,但是國(guó)內(nèi)外多數(shù)港口并沒有放棄原始的散貨業(yè)務(wù)。干散貨航運(yùn)物流存在運(yùn)力過剩,供需不平衡,信息化程度低、物流全程不透明和跨組織協(xié)作效率低等問題,這些不利于航運(yùn)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升。政府和航運(yùn)企業(yè)正在尋求新的發(fā)展模式提高干散貨航運(yùn)服務(wù)水平。70年代以后,國(guó)內(nèi)外航運(yùn)業(yè)開始重視物流業(yè)務(wù),業(yè)務(wù)范圍逐漸向物流領(lǐng)域拓展。隨著物流理念和物流技術(shù)的發(fā)展,航運(yùn)物流業(yè)正逐步成為物流應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的一部分,企業(yè)聯(lián)盟和物流信息化成為航運(yùn)企業(yè)新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。在信息技術(shù)發(fā)展的帶動(dòng)下,物流信息化和電子商務(wù)也成為了航運(yùn)企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程的支撐部分。 本文運(yùn)用了供應(yīng)鏈管理、系統(tǒng)科學(xué)和服務(wù)科學(xué)理論,面向物流服務(wù)范圍的水路運(yùn)輸信息服務(wù)領(lǐng)域,以干散貨航運(yùn)業(yè)的物流信息服務(wù)模式為研究對(duì)象,設(shè)計(jì)適用于干散貨航運(yùn)業(yè)的第四方物流信息服務(wù)平臺(tái),以改善干散貨航運(yùn)物流服務(wù)的信息化發(fā)展問題。 論文第1章對(duì)干散貨航運(yùn)物流服務(wù)市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀和第四方物流的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述,第2章介紹了干散貨航運(yùn)物流基礎(chǔ)理論,第3章分析了第四方物流的特點(diǎn)和服務(wù)平臺(tái)運(yùn)作模式,第4章運(yùn)用生態(tài)學(xué)理論分析了干散貨航運(yùn)業(yè)物流信息系統(tǒng)的整體環(huán)境和組織,第5章綜合考慮干散貨航運(yùn)業(yè)物流應(yīng)用的特點(diǎn)和應(yīng)用需求,針對(duì)第四方物流運(yùn)作模式下的用戶對(duì)象進(jìn)行闡述分類,明確物流信心平臺(tái)的目標(biāo)。最后分析了干散貨航運(yùn)業(yè)第四方物流信息平臺(tái)的主要業(yè)務(wù),融合物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),地理信息系統(tǒng)等信息技術(shù),基于Web服務(wù)的異構(gòu)物流企業(yè)系統(tǒng)的集成方案,構(gòu)建了第四方物流信息平臺(tái)的體系結(jié)構(gòu),建立了平臺(tái)的功能模型,第6章是總結(jié)和展望部分。本文所設(shè)計(jì)的物流信息平臺(tái)具備物流信息共享、信息化服務(wù)的交易、物流增值服務(wù)、咨詢培訓(xùn)等物流服務(wù),以提供低碳、經(jīng)濟(jì)、高效、便捷的物流信息服務(wù)。通過構(gòu)建第四方物流信息平臺(tái),整合航運(yùn)業(yè)的物流服務(wù)資源,對(duì)構(gòu)建適應(yīng)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的航運(yùn)服務(wù)業(yè)物流服務(wù)體系和發(fā)展現(xiàn)代運(yùn)輸服務(wù)業(yè)具有其實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In the process of global supply chain development, shipping, as one of the important logistics and transportation methods, has been paid more and more attention for its many advantages. Although the shipping of goods in global trade depends largely on containerization, most ports at home and abroad have not given up their original bulk cargo business. There are some problems in dry bulk shipping logistics, such as excess transportation capacity, imbalance between supply and demand, low level of information, opaque logistics and low efficiency of cross-organization cooperation, which are not conducive to the promotion of the competitiveness of shipping enterprises. The government and shipping enterprises are looking for a new development mode to improve the service level of dry bulk shipping. After the 1970s, the shipping industry at home and abroad began to attach importance to logistics business, and the scope of business gradually expanded to the field of logistics. With the development of logistics concept and logistics technology, shipping logistics industry is gradually becoming a part of logistics application field, enterprise alliance and logistics information become a new economic growth point of shipping enterprises. With the development of information technology, logistics informatization and e-commerce also become the supporting part of shipping business process. This paper applies the theory of supply chain management, system science and service science, and takes the logistics information service model of dry bulk shipping industry as the research object, which is oriented to the field of waterway transportation information service of logistics service scope. The fourth party logistics information service platform suitable for dry bulk shipping industry is designed to improve the informatization development of dry bulk shipping logistics service. Chapter 1 summarizes the current situation of dry bulk shipping logistics service market and the research status of the fourth party logistics. Chapter 2 introduces the basic theory of dry bulk shipping logistics. Chapter 3 analyzes the characteristics of the fourth party logistics and the operation mode of the service platform. Chapter 4 analyzes the whole environment and organization of logistics information system of dry bulk shipping industry by using ecological theory. Chapter 5 synthetically considers the characteristics and application requirements of logistics application in dry bulk shipping industry. This paper expounds and classifies the user objects in the fourth party logistics operation mode, and clarifies the target of logistics confidence platform. Finally, the paper analyzes the main business of the fourth party logistics information platform of dry bulk shipping industry, the integration scheme of heterogeneous logistics enterprise system based on Web service, which integrates the information technology such as Internet of things, geographic information system, etc. The architecture of the fourth party logistics information platform is constructed, and the functional model of the platform is established. Chapter 6 is the summary and prospect part. The logistics information platform designed in this paper has logistics information sharing, information service transaction, logistics value-added service, consulting training and other logistics services to provide low-carbon, economic, efficient and convenient logistics information services. By constructing the fourth party logistics information platform and integrating the logistics service resources of the shipping industry, it is of practical value to construct the logistics service system of shipping service industry adapted to the social economy and to develop the modern transportation service industry.
