基于Multi-Logit模型的多機(jī)場(chǎng)系統(tǒng)航線補(bǔ)貼研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)民航業(yè)快速發(fā)展,機(jī)場(chǎng)密度不斷提高,在一定地域范圍內(nèi)存在多個(gè)機(jī)場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)象.然而多機(jī)場(chǎng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)機(jī)場(chǎng)間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈,其中航線補(bǔ)貼已經(jīng)成為國(guó)內(nèi)大部分機(jī)場(chǎng)激勵(lì)航空公司增加運(yùn)力、開拓更多航線的重要手段.對(duì)于機(jī)場(chǎng)來說,如何科學(xué)的補(bǔ)貼很值得研究.從乘客出行選擇角度著眼,利用Multinomial Logit模型考察了航線補(bǔ)貼對(duì)機(jī)場(chǎng)及航空公司的市場(chǎng)份額、機(jī)場(chǎng)自身利潤(rùn)及社會(huì)總收益的影響,從而給出補(bǔ)貼建議.研究表明:1)多機(jī)場(chǎng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi),一家航空公司的航線補(bǔ)貼增加時(shí),這家航空公司及所在機(jī)場(chǎng)的市場(chǎng)份額增加,其余機(jī)場(chǎng)及航空公司市場(chǎng)份額均有所下降.2)多機(jī)場(chǎng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)大型機(jī)場(chǎng)補(bǔ)貼新航班航線時(shí),對(duì)市場(chǎng)占有率高的航空公司補(bǔ)貼增加,航空公司市場(chǎng)份額、機(jī)場(chǎng)在這條航線上總利潤(rùn)以及社會(huì)總收益都隨之增加.3)多機(jī)場(chǎng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)兩家鄰近中小機(jī)場(chǎng),根據(jù)兩家機(jī)場(chǎng)單位航線補(bǔ)貼方案不同,航空公司市場(chǎng)份額、機(jī)場(chǎng)在這條航線上總利潤(rùn)以及社會(huì)總收益也相應(yīng)不同.
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's civil aviation industry, the airport density is increasing, and there are many airports in a certain region. However, the competition among the airports in the multi-airport system is fierce. Among them, the airline subsidy has become an important means for most domestic airports to encourage airlines to increase their capacity and open up more routes. For airports, how to subsidize science is worth studying. From the point of view of passenger travel choice, the effects of airline subsidies on the market share, airport profit and total social income of airports and airlines are investigated by using Multinomial Logit model, and the subsidy suggestions are given. The study shows that in the multi-airport system, when airline subsidies increase, the market share of the airline and its airports increases. The market share of other airports and airlines has decreased by .2) when large airports in the multi-airport system subsidize new flight routes, the subsidies to airlines with high market share increase, and the market share of airlines increases. The total profit of the airport on this route and the total social income increase with it.) in the multi-airport system, there are two small and medium-sized airports in the vicinity. According to the different subsidy schemes for unit routes between the two airports, airlines have a market share. The airport's total profits and social benefits on this route are also different.
