飛行簽派員工作倦

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)增長和經(jīng)濟全球化趨勢的深入,中國民航業(yè)進(jìn)入了快速發(fā)展期,隨之帶來的航空管制安全壓力,對我國的民航飛機運行管理系統(tǒng)提出了各種嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。飛行簽派員作為航空運行的直接組織、管理、協(xié)調(diào)、指揮的中心,是一個具備較強的綜合能力,并且也是一個有著高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)嚴(yán)要求的新興行業(yè)群體。飛行簽派工作中的人因差錯的產(chǎn)生將直接對民航運輸安全造成威脅。而自我效能感和工作倦怠是工作人員態(tài)度與行為的重要變量,因此受到學(xué)者們的關(guān)注。本文受到國家自然科學(xué)基金“機場飛行區(qū)安全風(fēng)險演化機理及預(yù)警仿真系統(tǒng)研究”項目資助,以飛行簽派員為研究對象,研究其工作倦怠、自我效能感和人因差錯三者之間的關(guān)系。 本文在相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究和訪談的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)分析工作倦怠、自我效能感以及人因差錯的內(nèi)涵及影響因素,提出了三者關(guān)系的概念模型,探討工作倦怠如何影響人因差錯,并分析自我效能感對二者關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用。文獻(xiàn)搜集部分,分析了工作倦怠、自我效能感和人因差錯的關(guān)系,并據(jù)此提出自己的理論假設(shè)?偨Y(jié)提出提高飛行簽派員自我效能感,進(jìn)而減少工作倦怠感,以及降低人因差錯的發(fā)生概率對策與建議,用于飛行運行控制管理實踐。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn):不同人口變量因素對工作倦怠、自我效能感、人因差錯的影響存在差異,其中性別、年齡對自我效能感、工作倦怠和人因差錯的影響較為顯著;針對飛行簽派員這一特殊職業(yè),自我效能感對工作倦怠成負(fù)向預(yù)測作用,說明在飛行簽派員高角色負(fù)載的情況下,自我效能感是影響工作倦怠的重要因素,自我效能感越高,工作倦怠感越低;飛行簽派員自我效能感對人因差錯有負(fù)向預(yù)測作用,說明自我效能感越高,人因差錯出現(xiàn)的可能性越少;飛行簽派員工作倦怠對人因差錯有正向預(yù)測作用,說明工作倦怠對人因差錯產(chǎn)生正面影響,工作倦怠程度越高,則人因差錯出現(xiàn)的可能性越高,并且這種影響可以通過自我效能感進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous growth of Chinese economy and the deepening of economic globalization, China's civil aviation industry has entered a period of rapid development, which brings with it the pressure of aviation control safety, which poses a variety of severe challenges to the civil aviation aircraft operation and management system in China. As the center of direct organization, management, coordination and command of aviation operation, flight dispatcher is a new industry group with strong comprehensive ability and high standard and strict requirements. The occurrence of human error in flight assignment will directly threaten the safety of civil aviation transportation. Self-efficacy and job burnout are important variables of staff attitude and behavior, so scholars pay attention to them. This paper is funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China "Research on the Mechanism of Safety risk Evolution and early warning Simulation system in Airfield area", which takes flight dispatcher as the research object and studies its job burnout. The relationship between self-efficacy and human error. On the basis of relevant literature research and interviews, this paper summarizes and analyzes the connotation and influencing factors of job burnout, self-efficacy and human error, puts forward a conceptual model of the relationship between them, and discusses how job burnout affects human error. And analyzes the self-efficacy of the relationship between the adjustment of the role. In the part of literature collection, the author analyzes the relationship between job burnout, self-efficacy and human error, and puts forward his own theoretical hypothesis. The countermeasures and suggestions to improve the self-efficacy of flight dispatchers, reduce job burnout and reduce the probability of human error are put forward, which can be used in the practice of flight operation control management. The study found that: different demographic variables have different effects on job burnout, self-efficacy and human error, among which gender, age have significant effects on self-efficacy, job burnout and human error; In view of the special occupation of flight dispatcher, self-efficacy has a negative predictive effect on job burnout, which indicates that self-efficacy is an important factor affecting job burnout in the case of high role load, and the higher the self-efficacy is, the higher the self-efficacy is. The lower the sense of job burnout, the negative predictive effect of flight dispatcher's self-efficacy on human error, the higher the self-efficacy, the less the possibility of human error, and the higher the self-efficacy, the less the possibility of human error, and the higher the self-efficacy, the lower the probability of human error, and the job burnout of flight dispatcher has positive predictive effect on human error. It shows that job burnout has a positive effect on human error. The higher the degree of job burnout, the higher the probability of occurrence of human error, and this influence can be regulated by self-efficacy.
