【摘要】：快速發(fā)展的信息技術(shù)極大地影響著企業(yè)的變革和發(fā)展,信息化建設(shè)已成為企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越發(fā)展的必要途徑。然而,大部分具有一定發(fā)展歷史的企業(yè)在信息化建設(shè)中還存在很多盲目建設(shè)的問(wèn)題,導(dǎo)致達(dá)不到理想的效果,究其根本原因是沒(méi)有進(jìn)行信息化建設(shè)規(guī)劃。因此,企業(yè)要成功的進(jìn)行信息化建設(shè),必須要很好地進(jìn)行信息化建設(shè)規(guī)劃。成都公交集團(tuán)公司也不例外。 基于公交行業(yè)的特殊性,本文是在通過(guò)訪談法全面了解成都公交集團(tuán)發(fā)展概況的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的相關(guān)理論和公交行業(yè)信息化的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),系統(tǒng)地分析了成都公交集團(tuán)在信息化建設(shè)方面存在的問(wèn)題,并結(jié)合公交集團(tuán)經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo),對(duì)其信息化建設(shè)做出了全面長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的規(guī)劃,包括信息化建設(shè)的目標(biāo)分析與設(shè)置、信息化戰(zhàn)略、總體架構(gòu)、層次結(jié)構(gòu)、信息化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、信息化環(huán)境建設(shè)、內(nèi)部管理信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)、公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)建設(shè)和信息化建設(shè)項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃與實(shí)施規(guī)劃等。最后,對(duì)整個(gè)信息化建設(shè)規(guī)劃的實(shí)施進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要探討。本文對(duì)成都公交集團(tuán)信息化建設(shè)具有一定的指導(dǎo)作用,對(duì)企業(yè)集團(tuán)化管控和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化運(yùn)營(yíng)具有一定的意義。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of information technology has greatly affected the transformation and development of enterprises, information construction has become an essential way for enterprises to achieve leapfrog development. However, most enterprises with certain development history still have a lot of blind construction problems in the information construction, which leads to the failure to achieve the desired results. The fundamental reason is that the information construction planning has not been carried out. Therefore, the enterprise must carry on the information construction plan well to carry on the informationization construction successfully. Chengdu bus Group Company is no exception. Based on the particularity of the public transport industry, this article is based on the comprehensive understanding of Chengdu Public Transport Group through interviews, combined with the relevant theories of enterprise information construction and the practical experience of public transport industry informatization. This paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the information construction of Chengdu Public Transport Group, and makes a comprehensive long-term plan for its informatization construction, including the analysis and setting of the objectives of the information construction, combined with the long-term goal of the operation and development of the public transport group. Information strategy, overall structure, hierarchy, information standard, information environment construction, internal management information system construction, public service platform construction and information construction project planning and implementation planning. Finally, the implementation of the whole information construction planning is briefly discussed. This article has certain guiding function to Chengdu Public Transportation Group informatization construction, and has certain significance to the enterprise collectivization control and the standardization operation.
