基于標準化思想的高速鐵路施工組織研究

【摘要】:在市場經(jīng)濟激烈競爭的今天,所有高速鐵路建設的參與者必須認識到在這一環(huán)境下,成功應對規(guī)模大、標準高的高鐵建設,是一項巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。為了變革舊的項目管理模式和更好的適應形勢的發(fā)展,,更好的推動高速鐵路施工建設管理,我們需要找到一種創(chuàng)新的管理方式。這種管理方式必須是一種既能適應大型、復雜的項目特點,又具有可行性強、推廣方便、注重實效的先進項目管理方式。那么在這樣的背景下,將標準化管理應用到建筑施工行業(yè)成為了一個新的發(fā)展方向。 本文研究主要內容是圍繞標準化與大型高速鐵路項目施工組織展開討論,首先是從目前我國高速鐵路建設的大背景出發(fā),提出了將標準化思想運用于大型項目施工組織管理當中這一問題;接著分析了有關項目施工組織管理與標準化的理論,做好研究理論準備;然后通過文獻法分析了目前我國高速鐵路建設項目施工組織管理存在的問題,得到了研究的現(xiàn)實基礎;緊接著基于前面的理論基礎與現(xiàn)實基礎,構建了一個以標準化為思想指導的大型項目施工組織管理優(yōu)化的體系框架,實現(xiàn)了標準化與項目施工組織管理的結合;在這個體系框架的基礎上,本文選取了一個案例為研究對象,將理論框架具體化、生動化、實用化;最后分析總結全文得出結論,并對標準化在大型項目施工組織管理的應用前景進行了展望。 本文研究的方法,一是以理論分析為主導,結合文獻研究和分析,二是采用案例分析的方法。 本文研究的主要結論是建筑施工企業(yè)項目層基于標準化思想的高速鐵路施工組織管理的必要性及可行性,項目層的管理標準化以流程標準化為主要方向。 本文研究的主要創(chuàng)新在于:一是將標準化管理應用于建筑施工企業(yè)項目層次,在層次上有所推進;二是提出以組織、職責、流程為基礎的標準化管理框架。 隨著高速鐵路建設的越來越成熟,不斷吸取國內外同行業(yè)以及其他行業(yè)的標準化最新成果,標準化在高速鐵路施工中的應用也會越來越有效,標準化的管理思想也會深入人心,我國的高速鐵路建設也會進入一個嶄新的階段。
[Abstract]:In the fierce competition of market economy, all the participants of high-speed railway construction must realize that it is a great challenge to successfully deal with the large scale and high standard high-speed railway construction in this environment. In order to change the old project management mode and adapt to the development of the situation better promote the construction management of high-speed railway we need to find an innovative management method. This kind of management must be a kind of advanced project management mode which can adapt to the characteristics of large and complex projects, have strong feasibility, be popularized conveniently and pay attention to actual effect. In this context, the application of standardized management to the construction industry has become a new development direction. The main content of this paper is to discuss the standardization and the construction organization of large-scale high-speed railway projects, first of all, from the background of China's high-speed railway construction, This paper puts forward the problem of applying standardization thought to the construction organization and management of large-scale projects, then analyzes the theory of project construction organization management and standardization, and makes a good preparation for the research theory. Then the paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction organization and management of high-speed railway construction projects in our country through the method of literature, and obtains the realistic foundation of the research; then, based on the theoretical basis and the practical basis, A framework of large-scale project construction organization and management optimization guided by standardization is constructed, which realizes the combination of standardization and project construction organization management. In this paper, a case is chosen as the research object, the theoretical framework is concretized, vivid and practical. Finally, the conclusion is drawn by analyzing and summarizing the full text, and the prospect of the application of standardization in the construction organization and management of large projects is prospected. The research methods of this paper are mainly theoretical analysis, literature research and analysis, and case analysis. The main conclusion of this paper is the necessity and feasibility of the construction organization and management of high speed railway based on the idea of standardization in the project layer of the construction enterprise. The main direction of the management standardization of the project layer is the standardization of the process. The main innovations of this paper are as follows: first, the standardization management is applied to the project level of construction enterprises, and the second is the standardization management framework based on organization, responsibility and process. With the development of high-speed railway construction, the application of standardization in high-speed railway construction will be more and more effective, and the standardized management idea will be deeply rooted in the people's mind, as well as absorbing the latest achievements of standardization in the same industry and other industries at home and abroad, and the application of standardization in high-speed railway construction will become more and more effective. Our country's high-speed railway construction will also enter a brand-new stage.
