【摘要】：日本軌道交通在世界處于領(lǐng)先地位,其市郊鐵路在城市軌道交通中更是占據(jù)重要比例。分析日本的市郊鐵路建設(shè)與經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,將其取得成功的原因歸納為3個(gè)方面:1)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體多元化;2)主動(dòng)創(chuàng)造交通需求;3)土地綜合開(kāi)發(fā)與主兼業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)策略。通過(guò)對(duì)日本的分析,希望可以為我國(guó)市郊鐵路的建設(shè)發(fā)展提供借鑒,同時(shí)引發(fā)對(duì)如何利用民間資本參與基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、運(yùn)營(yíng)的思考。
[Abstract]:Japanese rail transit is in the leading position in the world, and its suburban railway plays an important role in urban rail transit. This paper analyzes the construction and management mode of the suburban railway in Japan, and concludes the reasons for its success as three aspects: 1) diversification of the main body of management and 2) active creation of traffic demand 3) comprehensive development of land and management strategy of main and concurrent business. Through the analysis of Japan, it is hoped that it can provide reference for the construction and development of suburban railway in China, and at the same time lead to the thinking of how to use private capital to participate in the construction and operation of infrastructure.
