【摘要】：在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)多元化全球化的前提下，隨著我國(guó)加入WTO的大背景，以超大型船舶運(yùn)輸為代表的航運(yùn)業(yè)和以聯(lián)盟化為代表的大型班輪公司得到了超快速發(fā)展的機(jī)遇。這樣的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境同時(shí)也帶動(dòng)了港口城市的發(fā)展，，世界各地的港口城市均處于激烈而又有序的國(guó)際港口經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)之中，不斷追求經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的更高效益和發(fā)展方面有利位置。為了適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代港口發(fā)展的多元化、腹地貿(mào)易經(jīng)濟(jì)化、運(yùn)營(yíng)管理國(guó)際化等等，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)港口信息化建設(shè)有著極為重要的意義。港口信息化建設(shè)不僅能提高港口的運(yùn)營(yíng)質(zhì)量和服務(wù)水平，更能強(qiáng)化港口的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力和整體優(yōu)勢(shì)。由此，天津港環(huán)球滾裝碼頭構(gòu)建了綜合信息查詢與管理系統(tǒng)，為開展港口信息化管理打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。 本文首先分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)的信息系統(tǒng)形式及背景，對(duì)天津港環(huán)球滾裝碼頭做了些介紹；之后結(jié)合碼頭的整體業(yè)務(wù)流程，分析了系統(tǒng)需要達(dá)到的關(guān)于安排船舶計(jì)劃、貨運(yùn)計(jì)劃實(shí)施等方面的功能；然后，闡述了信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)及運(yùn)行相關(guān)信息；最后，匯總了信息管理系統(tǒng)的主要成果，展望了今后系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展和完善方向。 事實(shí)證明，適應(yīng)碼頭業(yè)務(wù)的綜合信息管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)并正常運(yùn)行之后，碼頭的業(yè)務(wù)流程效率和業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益都得到了顯著的提高。這也充分表明了天津港環(huán)球滾裝碼頭有限公司在港口信息化建設(shè)和管理上邁出了堅(jiān)實(shí)的第一步。
[Abstract]:Under the premise of the diversified globalization of the world economy, with the background of China's entry into the WTO, the shipping industry represented by the super-large shipping industry and the large liner companies represented by the alliance have got the opportunity of super-rapid development. At the same time, the market environment has also driven the development of port cities. The port cities all over the world are in the fierce and orderly international port economic competition, and constantly pursue higher economic efficiency and favorable position in development. In order to adapt to the diversification of modern port development, the economy of hinterland trade, the internationalization of operation management and so on, it is of great significance to further strengthen the construction of port informatization. The construction of port informatization can not only improve the operation quality and service level of the port, but also strengthen the competitive strength and the overall advantage of the port. Therefore, the comprehensive information inquiry and management system has been constructed for Tianjin Port's Global Roll-Ro Wharf, which has laid a solid foundation for the development of port information management. This paper first analyzes the relevant information system form and background at home and abroad, and introduces the Tianjin Port Global Ro / ro Wharf. Then, combined with the overall business process of the terminal, it analyzes the ship arrangement plan that the system needs to achieve. Then, the development and operation of the information system are described. Finally, the main achievements of the information management system are summarized, and the future development and improvement direction of the system are prospected. It is proved that after the development and normal operation of the integrated information management system which adapts to the wharf business, the efficiency of the business process and the business economic benefit of the wharf have been remarkably improved. It also shows that Tianjin Port Gro-ro Wharf Co., Ltd. has taken a solid first step in port information construction and management.
