四川省綜合交通樞紐建設(shè)區(qū)域空間效應(yīng)分析

【摘要】:近年來,綜合交通樞紐建設(shè)成為了我國(guó)城市以及區(qū)域發(fā)展過程中一個(gè)重要方面。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化以及區(qū)域一體化的時(shí)代,,雖然通信技術(shù)不斷進(jìn)步,但人與人之間面對(duì)面的交流依然十分關(guān)鍵,城市與城市之間、區(qū)域與區(qū)域之間、國(guó)家與國(guó)家之間的聯(lián)系日益緊密,以綜合交通運(yùn)輸體系為載體的“區(qū)域再興”成為了時(shí)代主題。區(qū)域的空間形態(tài)作為區(qū)域內(nèi)部組成要素及其結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系的外在表現(xiàn),交通運(yùn)輸對(duì)其的影響可謂至關(guān)重要。 交通樞紐工程建設(shè)是綜合交通樞紐建設(shè)的主要內(nèi)容,也是影響區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)演變的關(guān)鍵因素。如今,中國(guó)正處于城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的加速階段,大型的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項(xiàng)目如機(jī)場(chǎng)、高鐵、港口、高速公路等成為了城市和區(qū)域加速發(fā)展的集中體現(xiàn),以多式聯(lián)運(yùn)為主體的交通樞紐建設(shè)成為了核心內(nèi)容。樞紐建設(shè)所涉及的大型項(xiàng)目數(shù)量多,規(guī)模大,涉及層面眾多,一方面將對(duì)樞紐區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生積極的帶動(dòng)作用,另一方面也會(huì)對(duì)城市和區(qū)域的空間結(jié)構(gòu)演變產(chǎn)生根本性的影響。進(jìn)行綜合交通樞紐對(duì)于區(qū)域的空間影響研究,追求可持續(xù)發(fā)展的區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)區(qū)域的發(fā)展以及進(jìn)行前瞻性的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)有十分重要的意義。 本文選擇四川省為主要的研究區(qū)域,四川省綜合交通樞紐建設(shè)為研究對(duì)象,以大型的樞紐工程建設(shè)對(duì)區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)的影響為主線及切入點(diǎn),考慮到不同類型的交通設(shè)施所產(chǎn)生空間效應(yīng)的差異性,分別從航空港體系、鐵路樞紐、高速公路網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及內(nèi)河航運(yùn)港口四個(gè)方面探討它們對(duì)四川省區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。通過綜合分析認(rèn)為,綜合交通樞紐建設(shè)是影響區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)演變的重要因素,正在促使四川省的區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)向著多中心層次網(wǎng)絡(luò)化空間格局發(fā)展。本文擬分五章,第一章為緒論,主要介紹本文的研究背景和研究意義,以及研究的思路、方法,研究的主要內(nèi)容及研究框架,說明本文的基本結(jié)構(gòu)。第二章主要梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于綜合交通樞紐建設(shè)的相關(guān)理論研究。第三章分別從經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、區(qū)域一體化以及地方力量的發(fā)展需求幾個(gè)層面來描述綜合交通樞紐建設(shè)的宏觀背景以及驅(qū)動(dòng)綜合樞紐建設(shè)熱潮的動(dòng)力。第四章給出本文研究的理論框架,分析綜合交通樞紐建設(shè)對(duì)于區(qū)域空間的影響,即提高區(qū)域的可達(dá)性、改善區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、促進(jìn)區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)演化及重塑區(qū)域功能。第五章,分析四川省綜合交通樞紐建設(shè)過程中空間效應(yīng),總結(jié)出綜合交通樞紐對(duì)區(qū)域多中心多層次網(wǎng)絡(luò)化格局的形成所發(fā)揮的作用。最后,在前文分析的基礎(chǔ)上得出結(jié)論,并針對(duì)我國(guó)綜合交通樞紐建設(shè)過程中所存在的問題提出討論,為綜合交通樞紐的決策、布局和規(guī)劃提供一定借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction of integrated transportation hub has become an important aspect in the process of urban and regional development in China. In the era of economic globalization and regional integration, despite the continuous advances in communications technology, face-to-face communication between people remains crucial, from city to city, from region to region. The relationship between the country and the country is becoming more and more close, and the regional revival with the integrated transportation system as the carrier has become the theme of the times. The spatial form of a region is an external expression of the internal elements and its structural relationship, and the influence of transportation on it is very important. The construction of transportation hub project is the main content of comprehensive transportation hub construction and the key factor influencing the evolution of regional spatial structure. Today, China is in the accelerating stage of urbanization. Large infrastructure projects, such as airports, high-speed rail, ports, highways, and so on, have become a concentrated embodiment of the accelerated development of cities and regions. The construction of transportation hub with multimodal transport as the main body has become the core content. The number and scale of the large-scale projects involved in the construction of the hub are large and there are many levels involved. On the one hand, it will have a positive driving effect on the economic development of the hub region. On the other hand, it will have a fundamental influence on the evolution of the spatial structure of cities and regions. It is very important to study the spatial impact of the integrated transportation hub on the regional space and to pursue the regional spatial structure of sustainable development, which is of great significance to the regional development and the prospective planning and design. In this paper, Sichuan Province is chosen as the main research area, the comprehensive transportation hub construction in Sichuan Province is taken as the research object, and the main line and breakthrough point are the influence of large-scale hub construction on the regional spatial structure. Considering the difference of spatial effects of different types of transportation facilities, this paper probes into the effects on the regional spatial structure of Sichuan Province from four aspects: airport system, railway hub, highway network and inland river shipping port. Through comprehensive analysis, it is concluded that the construction of integrated transportation hub is an important factor affecting the evolution of regional spatial structure, which is promoting the development of regional spatial structure of Sichuan Province towards multi-central and networked spatial pattern. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper, as well as the research ideas, methods, main contents and research framework, and explains the basic structure of this paper. The second chapter mainly combs the domestic and foreign related theory research for the comprehensive transportation hub construction. The third chapter describes the macro-background of the construction of integrated transportation hub and the driving force of the upsurge of integrated hub construction from the aspects of economic globalization, regional integration and the development needs of local forces. The fourth chapter gives the theoretical framework of this paper, analyzes the impact of the construction of integrated transportation hub on regional space, that is, to improve the accessibility of the region, improve the regional economic structure, promote the evolution of regional spatial structure and reshape the regional function. The fifth chapter analyzes the spatial effect in the construction of Sichuan integrated transportation hub and summarizes the role of integrated transportation hub in the formation of regional multi-center and multi-level network pattern. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, the conclusion is drawn, and the problems existing in the construction of the integrated transportation hub in China are discussed, which can be used for reference in the decision-making, layout and planning of the integrated transportation hub.
