遼寧省通用航空市場需求分析與對策

【摘要】：通用航空作為民用航空的重要組成部分，多年來，為經濟建設、社會公益事業(yè)和人民群眾生活水平提高做出了巨大貢獻，它適用于工農業(yè)生產、人民的經濟生活、科學研究等各個領域。通用航空發(fā)展水平標志著一個國家的科學技術發(fā)展水平、經濟發(fā)展水平和人民生活水平高低，在社會和經濟發(fā)展中具有重要地位。遼寧省通用航空歷經十幾年的發(fā)展，從無到有，由小到大，在中國通用航空界占有舉足輕重的位置。本文著重對遼寧省通用航空的未來發(fā)展情況進行了研究。 本文首先對通用航空的相關概念作了介紹，闡述通用航空在一個國家中的重要地位和作用，并通過對比分析國內外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀指出遼寧省發(fā)展通航的巨大潛力。其次，從定性和定量兩個方面對影響遼寧省通用航空市場需求的主要因素進行了深入的分析，并運用層次分析法分析各影響因素的重要程度，對他們進行重要性排序。再次，詳細介紹回歸預測方法的基本原理，運用回歸分析預測方法對遼寧省通用航空市場的需求做了預測，通過建立回歸分析預測模型，預測了遼寧省通用航空器架數(shù)，并對模型進行了檢驗。最后，根據(jù)我國以及遼寧省通用航空的現(xiàn)狀分析、影響因素和市場需求預測的結果，，提出了遼寧省通用航空發(fā)展的一系列建議與對策，供企業(yè)在參與通用航空運營中就市場定位、制定營運政策等方面作為參考，同時可供政府職能部門在制定促進通用航空建設等決策時提供參考。
[Abstract]:General Aviation, as an important part of civil aviation, has made great contributions to economic construction, social welfare and the improvement of people's living standards over the years. It is suitable for industrial and agricultural production and the economic life of the people. Scientific research and other fields. The general aviation development level marks a country's science and technology development level, the economic development level and the people's living standard high and low, has the important position in the society and the economic development. General Aviation in Liaoning Province has been developed for more than ten years, from small to large, and occupies a pivotal position in China's general aviation industry. This paper focuses on the future development of general aviation in Liaoning Province. This paper first introduces the related concepts of General Aviation, expounds the important position and function of General Aviation in a country, and points out the great potential of developing navigation in Liaoning Province by comparing and analyzing the present development situation at home and abroad. Secondly, the main factors affecting the demand of general aviation market in Liaoning Province are analyzed from the qualitative and quantitative aspects, and the importance of the factors is analyzed by AHP. Thirdly, the basic principle of regression forecasting method is introduced in detail, and the demand of general aviation market in Liaoning Province is forecasted by using regression analysis forecasting method. Through establishing regression analysis forecasting model, the number of general aircraft in Liaoning Province is predicted. The model is tested. Finally, based on the analysis of the current situation of general aviation in China and Liaoning Province, the influence factors and market demand forecast results, a series of suggestions and countermeasures for the development of general aviation in Liaoning Province are put forward. It can be used as a reference for enterprises to take part in general aviation operation in terms of market orientation and operation policy, and also for government departments to make decisions to promote the construction of general aviation.
