【摘要】：現(xiàn)代港口不僅是全社會(huì)運(yùn)輸流通的中心,也是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要組成部分。對港口物流進(jìn)行評價(jià)研究是中國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的必然需求,也是為了迎接港口、物流產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展挑戰(zhàn)的有力工具。所以,港口物流不僅關(guān)系到港口自身的盈利和發(fā)展,也是全社會(huì)關(guān)注的一個(gè)焦點(diǎn)問題。 本論文共分為四個(gè)部分,第一章是緒論。本章給出了港口物流的含義,介紹了中國港口物流的發(fā)展歷程和特點(diǎn),并對港口物流評價(jià)的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。第二章是港口物流評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建的原理及方法和港口物流評價(jià)模型建立的原理和方法。第三章是選取了上海港、深圳港、大連港等8個(gè)港口為實(shí)證對象進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。最后是結(jié)論,總結(jié)了本研究的主要工作和創(chuàng)新特色。本文的主要工作如下： (1)構(gòu)建了包含20個(gè)指標(biāo)的港口物流評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。通過相關(guān)性分析,刪除反映信息重復(fù)的指標(biāo),保證指標(biāo)體系的簡潔有效；通過主成分分析,保留了對評價(jià)結(jié)果有重要影響的指標(biāo)。最終在54個(gè)海選指標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,篩選出了20個(gè)評價(jià)指標(biāo),構(gòu)建了港口物流的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 (2)通過熵權(quán)法對港口物流評價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行賦權(quán),建立了港口物流評價(jià)方程,并對上海港、深圳港等8個(gè)港口進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,計(jì)算這8個(gè)港口的評價(jià)得分,并根據(jù)得分從大到小進(jìn)行排序,為港口管理部門的決策提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Modern port is not only the center of the whole society transportation circulation , but also an important part of the economic development . The evaluation research on port logistics is the inevitable demand of the market economy of China , and it is a powerful tool to meet the rapid development challenge of port and logistics industry . Therefore , the port logistics not only relates to the profit and development of port itself , but also a focus problem of the whole social concern .

This thesis is divided into four parts , the first chapter is Introduction . This chapter gives the meaning of port logistics , introduces the development course and characteristics of port logistics in China , and analyzes the present situation of port logistics evaluation .

( 1 ) A port logistics evaluation index system with 20 indexes was constructed . Through the correlation analysis , the indexes reflecting the duplication of information were deleted , and the index system was simple and effective ;
Based on the 54 indexes , 20 evaluation indexes were selected , and the evaluation index system of port logistics was constructed .

( 2 ) The port logistics evaluation index is weighted by the entropy weight method , the port logistics evaluation equation is established , and the eight ports , such as Shanghai Port and Shenzhen Port , are empirically analyzed , the evaluation scores of the eight ports are calculated , and the basis is provided for the decision of the port management department according to the ranking from the big to small .
