【摘要】：2009年7月遼寧沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)帶發(fā)展規(guī)劃上升為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,大連市同時(shí)提出大連港要切實(shí)承擔(dān)起國(guó)際航運(yùn)中心、國(guó)際物流中心建設(shè)的核心地位和龍頭作用。大連港面臨前所未有的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,與此同時(shí),營(yíng)口港、錦州港、丹東港等港口規(guī)模不斷壯大,對(duì)大連港造成的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力不容小覷,特別是各港的經(jīng)濟(jì)腹地高度重疊,對(duì)資源的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加劇。因此,分析遼寧沿海主要港口的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì),對(duì)大連港進(jìn)行較為客觀的評(píng)價(jià),顯得極為必要。本文主要是站在大連港的角度,正確評(píng)價(jià)大連港的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,制定有針對(duì)性的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 有關(guān)港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)的研究很多,但許多研究在選擇被評(píng)價(jià)的對(duì)象港口時(shí)其研究依據(jù)比較模糊,常常將不在同一個(gè)區(qū)域市場(chǎng)的、相互之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系并不密切的港口放在一起評(píng)價(jià),從而失去了評(píng)價(jià)的意義。競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的強(qiáng)與弱是一個(gè)相對(duì)的概念,同時(shí),港口之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)是分地域、分層次的。為此,本研究試圖運(yùn)用市場(chǎng)劃分理論,尋找一種既簡(jiǎn)單便利又客觀公正的衡量港口動(dòng)態(tài)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的方法。 本文以大連港為主要研究對(duì)象,參閱大量文獻(xiàn),運(yùn)用基于市場(chǎng)劃分理論的港口動(dòng)態(tài)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)方法,在遼寧沿海主要港口范圍內(nèi)對(duì)大連港進(jìn)行了較為客觀的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià),分析了遼寧沿海主要港口的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀況,明確了大連港在遼寧沿海主要港口中的主要競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)及所處的地位；最后,結(jié)合大連港的現(xiàn)狀,基于國(guó)家及遼寧省的政策導(dǎo)向,運(yùn)用SWOT方法,分析大連港發(fā)展過程中面臨的機(jī)遇和潛在威脅,并對(duì)大連港的發(fā)展目標(biāo)進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略定位,提出提升大連港競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的具體對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In July 2009, the development plan of Liaoning coastal economic belt was raised as a national strategy. At the same time, Dalian put forward that Dalian port should take up the core position and leading role of international shipping center and international logistics center construction. Dalian Port is facing unprecedented development opportunities. At the same time, Yingkou Port, Jinzhou Port, Dandong Port and other ports are growing in scale. The competitive pressure on Dalian Port cannot be underestimated, especially the high overlap of the economic hinterland of each port. Competition for resources is intensifying. Therefore, it is very necessary to analyze the competition situation of the main ports along the coast of Liaoning and evaluate Dalian Port objectively. This article is mainly from the point of view of Dalian Port, correctly evaluates the competitiveness of Dalian Port, and formulates a targeted development strategy. There are many studies on the evaluation of port competitiveness, but many studies on the selection of the evaluated port are based on a rather vague basis and are often not in the same regional market. The ports which are not closely related to each other are evaluated together, thus losing the significance of evaluation. The strong and weak competitiveness is a relative concept, at the same time, the competition between ports is divided into regions and levels. Therefore, this study tries to use the theory of market division to find a simple, convenient and objective method to measure the port dynamic competitiveness. This paper takes Dalian Port as the main research object, referring to a large number of documents, using the evaluation method of port dynamic competitiveness based on the theory of market division, and making a relatively objective evaluation of Dalian Port's competitiveness within the scope of main ports in Liaoning coastal area. This paper analyzes the competitive situation of the main ports along the coast of Liaoning Province, clarifies the main competitors, competitive advantages and position of Dalian Port in the main ports along the coast of Liaoning Province, finally, combined with the present situation of Dalian Port, Based on the policy guidance of our country and Liaoning Province, this paper analyzes the opportunities and potential threats in the development of Dalian Port by using SWOT method, and makes strategic positioning of the development goal of Dalian Port, and puts forward some concrete countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of Dalian Port.
