中鐵二局企業(yè)文化研究

【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的大形勢(shì)之下,社會(huì)也越來(lái)越快速的進(jìn)步和發(fā)展,企業(yè)因此將面臨各種各樣的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。一個(gè)企業(yè),若要更好地生存與發(fā)展,就必須具備自身獨(dú)特的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。美國(guó)著名管理學(xué)家沙因曾指出,大量的案例證明,在企業(yè)發(fā)展的不同階段,企業(yè)文化再造是推動(dòng)企業(yè)前進(jìn)的原動(dòng)力,企業(yè)文化是核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。企業(yè)文化不僅可以保證企業(yè)的基本生存,推動(dòng)企業(yè)自身不斷改進(jìn),提高企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,更重要的是,它直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。從這個(gè)意義上說(shuō),對(duì)企業(yè)文化的研究無(wú)疑是必要和有益的。 中鐵二局作為新中國(guó)第一家鐵路施工企業(yè),成立61年來(lái)企業(yè)不斷發(fā)展與壯大。當(dāng)然,中鐵二局的發(fā)展離不開(kāi)企業(yè)文化的建設(shè)。公司以“開(kāi)路先鋒”作為核心價(jià)值觀,為企業(yè)發(fā)展提供了強(qiáng)大的前進(jìn)動(dòng)力。現(xiàn)在,公司提出了“致力成為中國(guó)領(lǐng)先的具有國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的建筑承包商和城市運(yùn)營(yíng)商”的發(fā)展愿景。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)這樣的目標(biāo),對(duì)中鐵二局企業(yè)文化的研究顯得尤為重要。 本文共分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分主要闡述了中鐵二局企業(yè)文化研究的背景和意義,收集整理了大量的國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)文化研究現(xiàn)狀,并提出如何建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義下的企業(yè)文化。第二部分介紹了企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的一些相關(guān)理論,其中包括對(duì)企業(yè)文化的內(nèi)涵,功能,結(jié)構(gòu),企業(yè)核心價(jià)值觀的分析介紹。同時(shí)重點(diǎn)介紹了企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分則對(duì)中鐵二局的企業(yè)文化現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查分析總結(jié)出了中鐵二局企業(yè)文化建設(shè)取得成功的地方,同時(shí)也分析總結(jié)出了現(xiàn)階段企業(yè)文化建設(shè)存在的問(wèn)題及原因。第四部分,通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)查出中鐵二局的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀以及對(duì)中鐵二局企業(yè)文化建設(shè)環(huán)境的分析,結(jié)合企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的原則和要求,中鐵二局企業(yè)文化建設(shè)提升的目標(biāo)和內(nèi)容,最后提出了中體二局企業(yè)文化建設(shè)提升的對(duì)策及建議。第五部分是全文的總結(jié)與展望。
[Abstract]:Under the situation of economic globalization, the society is developing more and more rapidly, so enterprises will face all kinds of fierce competition. If an enterprise wants to survive and develop better, it must have its own unique core competitiveness. Shain, a famous American management scientist, has pointed out that a large number of cases have proved that in different stages of enterprise development, corporate culture reengineering is the driving force to promote the advancement of enterprises, and corporate culture is the core competitiveness. Corporate culture can not only guarantee the basic survival of enterprises, promote the continuous improvement of enterprises themselves, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, more importantly, it is directly related to the sustainable development of enterprises. In this sense, the study of corporate culture is undoubtedly necessary and beneficial. As the first railway construction enterprise in New China, CRE has been developing and expanding for 61 years. Of course, the development of China Railway second Bureau can not be separated from the construction of corporate culture. The company takes "pioneer" as the core value, provides the powerful motive force for the enterprise development. Now, the company has a vision of becoming China's leading internationally competitive construction contractor and city operator. In order to achieve this goal, the research on the corporate culture of China Railway second Bureau is particularly important. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part mainly expounds the background and significance of the enterprise culture research in the second Bureau of China Railway Corporation, collects and collates a large number of domestic and foreign enterprise culture research status, and puts forward how to build the enterprise culture under the socialism with Chinese characteristics. The second part introduces some related theories of corporate culture construction, including the analysis and introduction of the connotation, function, structure and core values of enterprise culture. At the same time, it introduces the theoretical basis of enterprise culture construction. In the third part, the author makes a questionnaire survey on the current situation of corporate culture in the second Bureau of China Railway Corporation, and summarizes the successful aspects of the construction of corporate culture of the second Bureau of China Railway Corporation through the questionnaire survey. At the same time, it also analyzes and summarizes the existing problems and reasons of enterprise culture construction at this stage. The fourth part, through the field investigation the enterprise culture construction present situation of the China Railway second Bureau and the analysis to the enterprise culture construction environment, unifies the enterprise culture construction principle and the request. The aim and content of the promotion of enterprise culture construction in the second Bureau of China Railway are put forward. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions for the promotion of enterprise culture construction in the second Bureau of China Railway are put forward. The fifth part is the summary and prospect of the full text.
