【摘要】:近年來高鐵的發(fā)展使我國交通運(yùn)輸格局發(fā)生重大變化,民航運(yùn)輸企業(yè)開始重新思考航空市場的定位以及如何與高鐵合作,發(fā)揮“雙高”優(yōu)勢,打造航空樞紐的新的發(fā)展思路,以鐵空聯(lián)運(yùn)為首的多式聯(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù)及綜合交通樞紐建設(shè)受到中央政府及運(yùn)輸企業(yè)高度重視,國內(nèi)各大航空公司、機(jī)場紛紛投入人力物力財(cái)力,積極開展多式聯(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù),吸引和拓展航空客源,取得了較好的市場效果。 本文以機(jī)場多式聯(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù)為研究對象,首先介紹了行業(yè)內(nèi)標(biāo)桿企業(yè)如深圳機(jī)場、德國法蘭克福機(jī)場和香港機(jī)場在陸空、鐵空和海空聯(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù)方面的先進(jìn)服務(wù)模式;接著文章重點(diǎn)分析X機(jī)場多式聯(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀以及多式聯(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù)對X機(jī)場未來發(fā)展的重要意義,進(jìn)而深入分析X機(jī)場在多式聯(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù)方面存在的問題及其原因。通過x機(jī)場自身原因分析以及與標(biāo)桿企業(yè)進(jìn)行對比,文章最后對x機(jī)場多式聯(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù)發(fā)展提出相關(guān)建議。 我們認(rèn)為在推動X機(jī)場多式聯(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù)發(fā)展上,一方面X機(jī)場今后幾年應(yīng)將多式聯(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù)作為一項(xiàng)重要發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,通過加大設(shè)備設(shè)施投入、尋找合作伙伴及“藍(lán)!笆袌龅却胧┯行苿佣嗍铰(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù)發(fā)展,使之成為機(jī)場發(fā)展的重要推動力;另一方面參與機(jī)場規(guī)劃管理的政府部門應(yīng)具有高屋建瓴的視野,在機(jī)場規(guī)劃之初就應(yīng)充分考慮機(jī)場未來發(fā)展需要,并在機(jī)場經(jīng)營發(fā)展過程中充分發(fā)揮協(xié)調(diào)指導(dǎo)作用,推動以機(jī)場為中心的綜合交通樞紐建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of high-speed rail has made a great change in the pattern of transportation in our country. Civil aviation transportation enterprises have begun to rethink the positioning of the aviation market and how to cooperate with high-speed rail to give full play to the advantages of "double high", and to create a new way of development of aviation hub. The central government and transportation enterprises attach great importance to the construction of multimodal transport services and integrated transport hubs, which are led by iron-air intermodal transport. Major domestic airlines and airports have invested manpower, material and financial resources to actively carry out multimodal transport services. Attract and expand the aviation passenger source, obtained the better market effect. This paper takes the airport multimodal transport service as the research object, firstly introduces the advanced service modes of the benchmark enterprises in the industry such as Shenzhen Airport, Frankfurt Airport and Hong Kong Airport in the air, land, iron and air transport services. Then the paper analyzes the current situation of the development of multimodal transport service in X Airport and the significance of multimodal transport service to the future development of X Airport, and then deeply analyzes the problems and causes of the multimodal transport service in X Airport. Through the analysis of the causes of X Airport and the comparison with benchmarking enterprises, the paper finally puts forward some suggestions on the development of multimodal transport service in X Airport. We believe that in promoting the development of multimodal transport services at Airport X, on the one hand, the multimodal transport service at Airport X should be regarded as an important development strategy in the next few years, by increasing the investment in equipment and facilities. Looking for partners and "Blue Sea" market measures to effectively promote the development of multimodal transport services, making them an important driving force for airport development; on the other hand, government departments involved in airport planning and management should have a view from a strategic point of view. At the beginning of airport planning, the future development needs of the airport should be fully considered, and the coordination and guidance role should be brought into full play in the process of airport management and development, so as to promote the construction of a comprehensive transportation hub with the airport as the center.
