【摘要】:近年來(lái)高鐵的發(fā)展使我國(guó)交通運(yùn)輸格局發(fā)生重大變化,民航運(yùn)輸企業(yè)開(kāi)始重新思考航空市場(chǎng)的定位以及如何與高鐵合作,發(fā)揮“雙高”優(yōu)勢(shì),打造航空樞紐的新的發(fā)展思路,以鐵空聯(lián)運(yùn)為首的多式聯(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù)及綜合交通樞紐建設(shè)受到中央政府及運(yùn)輸企業(yè)高度重視,國(guó)內(nèi)各大航空公司、機(jī)場(chǎng)紛紛投入人力物力財(cái)力,積極開(kāi)展多式聯(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù),吸引和拓展航空客源,取得了較好的市場(chǎng)效果。 本文以機(jī)場(chǎng)多式聯(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù)為研究對(duì)象,首先介紹了行業(yè)內(nèi)標(biāo)桿企業(yè)如深圳機(jī)場(chǎng)、德國(guó)法蘭克福機(jī)場(chǎng)和香港機(jī)場(chǎng)在陸空、鐵空和?章(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù)方面的先進(jìn)服務(wù)模式;接著文章重點(diǎn)分析X機(jī)場(chǎng)多式聯(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀以及多式聯(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù)對(duì)X機(jī)場(chǎng)未來(lái)發(fā)展的重要意義,進(jìn)而深入分析X機(jī)場(chǎng)在多式聯(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù)方面存在的問(wèn)題及其原因。通過(guò)x機(jī)場(chǎng)自身原因分析以及與標(biāo)桿企業(yè)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,文章最后對(duì)x機(jī)場(chǎng)多式聯(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù)發(fā)展提出相關(guān)建議。 我們認(rèn)為在推動(dòng)X機(jī)場(chǎng)多式聯(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù)發(fā)展上,一方面X機(jī)場(chǎng)今后幾年應(yīng)將多式聯(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù)作為一項(xiàng)重要發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,通過(guò)加大設(shè)備設(shè)施投入、尋找合作伙伴及“藍(lán)!笆袌(chǎng)等措施有效推動(dòng)多式聯(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù)發(fā)展,使之成為機(jī)場(chǎng)發(fā)展的重要推動(dòng)力;另一方面參與機(jī)場(chǎng)規(guī)劃管理的政府部門(mén)應(yīng)具有高屋建瓴的視野,在機(jī)場(chǎng)規(guī)劃之初就應(yīng)充分考慮機(jī)場(chǎng)未來(lái)發(fā)展需要,并在機(jī)場(chǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展過(guò)程中充分發(fā)揮協(xié)調(diào)指導(dǎo)作用,推動(dòng)以機(jī)場(chǎng)為中心的綜合交通樞紐建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of high-speed rail has made a great change in the pattern of transportation in our country. Civil aviation transportation enterprises have begun to rethink the positioning of the aviation market and how to cooperate with high-speed rail to give full play to the advantages of "double high", and to create a new way of development of aviation hub. The central government and transportation enterprises attach great importance to the construction of multimodal transport services and integrated transport hubs, which are led by iron-air intermodal transport. Major domestic airlines and airports have invested manpower, material and financial resources to actively carry out multimodal transport services. Attract and expand the aviation passenger source, obtained the better market effect. This paper takes the airport multimodal transport service as the research object, firstly introduces the advanced service modes of the benchmark enterprises in the industry such as Shenzhen Airport, Frankfurt Airport and Hong Kong Airport in the air, land, iron and air transport services. Then the paper analyzes the current situation of the development of multimodal transport service in X Airport and the significance of multimodal transport service to the future development of X Airport, and then deeply analyzes the problems and causes of the multimodal transport service in X Airport. Through the analysis of the causes of X Airport and the comparison with benchmarking enterprises, the paper finally puts forward some suggestions on the development of multimodal transport service in X Airport. We believe that in promoting the development of multimodal transport services at Airport X, on the one hand, the multimodal transport service at Airport X should be regarded as an important development strategy in the next few years, by increasing the investment in equipment and facilities. Looking for partners and "Blue Sea" market measures to effectively promote the development of multimodal transport services, making them an important driving force for airport development; on the other hand, government departments involved in airport planning and management should have a view from a strategic point of view. At the beginning of airport planning, the future development needs of the airport should be fully considered, and the coordination and guidance role should be brought into full play in the process of airport management and development, so as to promote the construction of a comprehensive transportation hub with the airport as the center.
