【摘要】：綠色工程項(xiàng)目管理作為一種全新的管理方式，是21世紀(jì)新經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代背景下成長(zhǎng)起來(lái)的理論。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)屬于粗放式增長(zhǎng)，企業(yè)在追求經(jīng)濟(jì)利益的過(guò)程中犧牲了社會(huì)利益和環(huán)境利益，，造成了資源的巨大的浪費(fèi)和環(huán)境的嚴(yán)重污染，而綠色工程項(xiàng)目管理的實(shí)施可以有效緩解這種狀況。 我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段綠色項(xiàng)目管理受到環(huán)境影響的因素較多，因環(huán)境污染造成的GDP損失也越來(lái)越大，實(shí)施綠色項(xiàng)目管理迫在眉睫。本文從可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略角度，分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外綠色施工評(píng)價(jià)體系的內(nèi)容、結(jié)構(gòu)以及優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，為綠色管理評(píng)價(jià)方法中評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的選取提供了參考。在給出建設(shè)工程綠色項(xiàng)目管理的定義和簡(jiǎn)介建設(shè)工程綠色項(xiàng)目管理研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，首先，確定出該項(xiàng)目綠色施工評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)，通過(guò)專家評(píng)分，運(yùn)用層次分析法計(jì)算出評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,建立建設(shè)工程綠色項(xiàng)目管理評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，并對(duì)其評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行探討，旨在為低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下提高建設(shè)工程綠色管理水平提供理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)際應(yīng)用指導(dǎo)。最后，以白河大橋項(xiàng)目為案例，進(jìn)行了實(shí)證性的量化評(píng)價(jià)分析，檢驗(yàn)了該評(píng)價(jià)體系的可靠性和可操作性。 另外，本文還從現(xiàn)代化管理、環(huán)境保護(hù)、節(jié)能減耗、文明工地建設(shè)等方面總結(jié)了白河大橋項(xiàng)目在施工管理過(guò)程中對(duì)于綠色項(xiàng)目管理的應(yīng)用，對(duì)于其它工程也有較好的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Green engineering project management, as a new management mode, is a growing theory under the background of the new economic era in the 21st century. For a long time, the economy of our country belongs to extensive growth. In the process of pursuing economic interests, enterprises have sacrificed social and environmental interests, resulting in huge waste of resources and serious environmental pollution. The implementation of green engineering project management can effectively alleviate this situation. There are many factors that affect green project management in our country at present, and the GDP loss caused by environmental pollution is more and more large, so it is urgent to implement green project management. From the strategic point of view of sustainable development, this paper analyzes the contents, structure, advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation system of green construction at home and abroad, which provides a reference for the selection of evaluation indexes in the evaluation method of green management. On the basis of giving the definition of green project management of construction project and brief introduction of the present situation of green project management of construction project, first of all, the index of green construction evaluation of the project is determined, and the expert score is given. The weight of the evaluation index is calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the evaluation index system of the green project management of the construction project is established, and the evaluation method is discussed. The aim is to provide theoretical basis and practical application guidance for improving green management level of construction project under low carbon economy. Finally, taking the Baihe Bridge project as an example, the quantitative evaluation analysis is carried out, and the reliability and operability of the evaluation system are tested. In addition, this paper summarizes the application of the Baihe Bridge project to the green project management in the process of construction management from the aspects of modern management, environmental protection, energy saving and consumption reduction, and the construction of civilized construction site, which also has good reference value for other projects.
