【摘要】：上海自確立建設國際航運中心戰(zhàn)略目標以來，取得了一系列豐碩的成果。上海盡管在貨物運輸量居全球第一，但仍沒有確立國際航運中心地位。本文以航運要素集聚的視角研究國際航運中心建設問題，，可以很好的補充前人的研究，并在一定程度上豐富了國際航運中心理論。同時，上海國際航運中心建設進入攻堅克難階段，本文提出上海國際航運中心建設應當著力于人才、資本要素的集聚，具 有較強的現(xiàn)實意義。本文在第一部分首先介紹了論文選題背景和意義，系統(tǒng)梳理了國際航運中心理論和要素集聚理論，隨后提出了研究思路及框架。研究方法上，本文使用大量的實證研究方法，包括數(shù)據(jù)包絡分析法和回歸分析法。第二部分，本文在前人理論研究基礎上分析了影響國際航運中心三種要素，引入了“風眼”模型，描述了國際航運中心的要素集聚到價值實現(xiàn)的各個環(huán)節(jié)。第三部分，本文采用數(shù)據(jù)包絡分析實證研究方法，構(gòu)建了國際航運中心DEA Malmquist模型，全面分析了國際公認的五大國際航運中心的要素集聚水平，并將上海與五大國際航運中心對比。第四部分，在數(shù)據(jù)包絡分析方法基礎上，本文構(gòu)建了國際航運中心價值轉(zhuǎn)化能力計量模型，采用附加Bootstrap方差的最小二乘法和分位數(shù)回歸方法對模型進行回歸檢驗。本文研究了上海和五大國際航運中心三大要素價值轉(zhuǎn)化能力，明晰了上海國際航運中心三大要素價值轉(zhuǎn)化能力與國際航運中心的差距。經(jīng)過大量實證檢驗，本文得到第五部分的四個結(jié)論，并在此基礎上提出四條加速上海國際航運中心建設的意見，包括提升要素集聚及其價值轉(zhuǎn)化效率、形成以上海為中心的國內(nèi)和國際航運市場、完善各種配套機制和積極發(fā)展以運價衍生品交易為核心的航 運金融市場。本文嘗試以要素集聚的視角研究國際航運中心建設，并根據(jù)大量研究把眾多要素概括為人才、貨物、資本三大要素。在此基礎上，本文提出了國際航運中心全新分析框架——“風眼”模型。本文引入航運要素價值轉(zhuǎn)化能力概念，為研究國際航運中心建設提供了一個新穎的視角。同時，本文使用了大量實證研究的方法，并構(gòu)建了國際航運中心DEA Malmquist模型和價值轉(zhuǎn)化計量模型，探索使用不同的方法研究航運中心建設問題。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of the strategic goal of building an international shipping center, Shanghai has made a series of fruitful achievements. Although Shanghai ranks first in cargo volume in the world, it still has not established its status as an international shipping center. This paper studies the construction of international shipping center from the point of view of shipping element agglomeration, which can complement the previous research and enrich the theory of international shipping center to a certain extent. At the same time, the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center has entered a difficult stage. This paper puts forward that the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center should focus on talents and the concentration of capital elements, which is of great practical significance. In the first part, this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic, systematically combs the theory of international shipping center and the theory of factor agglomeration, and then puts forward the research ideas and framework. In terms of research methods, this paper uses a large number of empirical research methods, including data Envelopment Analysis and regression Analysis. In the second part, on the basis of previous theoretical research, this paper analyzes the three factors that affect the international shipping center, introduces the "wind eye" model, and describes the elements of the international shipping center to each link of value realization. In the third part, we construct DEA Malmquist model of international shipping center by using the empirical method of data envelopment analysis, and analyze the level of factor agglomeration of the five internationally recognized international shipping centers. And compare Shanghai with the five major international shipping centers. In the fourth part, based on the method of data envelopment analysis, this paper constructs the measurement model of value conversion ability of international shipping center, and uses the least square method with Bootstrap variance and the quantile regression method to test the model. This paper studies the ability of transforming the value of three elements between Shanghai and five international shipping centers, and clarifies the gap between the three elements of Shanghai international shipping center and the international shipping center. After a large number of empirical tests, this paper obtains four conclusions of the fifth part, and on this basis puts forward four suggestions to accelerate the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center, including enhancing the efficiency of factor agglomeration and its value conversion. To form the domestic and international shipping market with Shanghai as the center, to perfect all kinds of supporting mechanisms and to actively develop the shipping financial market with freight derivatives as the core. This paper attempts to study the construction of international shipping center from the angle of factor agglomeration, and generalizes many elements into three elements: talent, goods and capital according to a large number of studies. On this basis, this paper puts forward a new analytical framework of international shipping center-"Wind Eye" model. In this paper, the concept of value conversion ability of shipping elements is introduced, which provides a novel perspective for the study of the construction of international shipping center. At the same time, this paper uses a large number of empirical research methods, and builds the DEA Malmquist model and the value transformation model of international shipping center, and explores different methods to study the construction of shipping center.
