天津港集裝箱業(yè)務(wù)的環(huán)境分析與戰(zhàn)略選擇

【摘要】:港口集裝箱業(yè)務(wù)在天津港業(yè)務(wù)中占據(jù)了很大比重,外部環(huán)境的變化對(duì)天津港的影響十分明顯,這些外部環(huán)境包括國(guó)家的政策、法規(guī)和經(jīng)濟(jì)情況,它們都會(huì)直接影響港口集裝箱吞吐量。因此,本研究報(bào)告首先詳細(xì)地分析了這些外部環(huán)境,其中包括港口企業(yè)在我國(guó)加入WTO以及《港口法》實(shí)施后所受到的影響;其次深入研究了天津港腹地的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,并對(duì)技術(shù)環(huán)境的變化對(duì)港口設(shè)施的影響進(jìn)行了仔細(xì)的考察分析;隨后對(duì)比分析了天津港集裝箱碼頭與國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)外能夠?qū)ζ湫纬筛?jìng)爭(zhēng)威脅的集裝箱碼頭,以此為依據(jù),最終目的是提出發(fā)展天津港集箱物流的戰(zhàn)略。 在對(duì)國(guó)家政策的影響,腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展情況等外部環(huán)境加以考察分析后,本文又深入細(xì)致地分析了天津港集裝箱內(nèi)部環(huán)境,這些內(nèi)部環(huán)境包括天津港集裝箱總體的資源、結(jié)構(gòu)以及戰(zhàn)略能力,通過(guò)綜合分析以上這些內(nèi)部環(huán)境,本文評(píng)估了天津港集裝箱現(xiàn)階段的綜合能力,以此為基礎(chǔ),制定了有效的促進(jìn)物流發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略。 對(duì)于集裝箱碼頭的經(jīng)營(yíng)人而言,如何評(píng)定企業(yè)的發(fā)展,如何制定具體的發(fā)展目標(biāo),港口的集裝箱吞吐量是這些目標(biāo)的數(shù)字化直觀呈現(xiàn),因此,對(duì)港口集裝箱吞吐量的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),本研究采用數(shù)學(xué)方法對(duì)其加以預(yù)測(cè)。 在詳細(xì)分析了天津港集裝箱的內(nèi)部和外部環(huán)境、集裝箱吞吐量和行業(yè)的發(fā)展動(dòng)向后,本文提出了天津港集裝箱物流發(fā)展思路、發(fā)展定位和發(fā)展目標(biāo)。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,總體探討了各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,從而為實(shí)施天津港集裝箱物流策略以及最終實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)提供了可靠的保證。
[Abstract]:The port container business accounts for a large proportion of the Tianjin port business, and the changes in the external environment have a very obvious impact on the port. These external environments include national policies, regulations and economic conditions. They will directly affect port container throughput. Therefore, this research report first analyzes these external environments in detail, including the impact of port enterprises after China's entry into WTO and the implementation of the Port Law; secondly, it deeply studies the economic development of Tianjin Port hinterland. The influence of the change of the technology environment on the port facilities is analyzed carefully, and then the container terminal of Tianjin Port is compared with the container terminal which can be threatened by competition at home and abroad. The ultimate aim is to put forward the strategy of developing Tianjin Port header logistics. After investigating and analyzing the external environment, such as the influence of national policy and the economic development of the hinterland, this paper makes a thorough and detailed analysis of the internal environment of Tianjin Port container, which includes the overall resources of Tianjin Port container. Structure and strategic capability, through the comprehensive analysis of these internal environment, this paper evaluates the comprehensive capacity of Tianjin Port container at the present stage, on the basis of this, it formulates an effective strategy to promote the development of logistics. For the operators of container terminals, how to evaluate the development of enterprises, how to formulate specific development goals, port container throughput is the digital visual presentation of these objectives, therefore, the development trend of port container throughput, In this study, the mathematical method is used to predict it. After a detailed analysis of the internal and external environment, container throughput and industry development trend of Tianjin Port container, this paper puts forward the development thinking, development orientation and development goal of Tianjin Port container logistics. On this basis, the development of all kinds of business is discussed, which provides a reliable guarantee for the implementation of Tianjin Port container logistics strategy and the ultimate realization of strategic objectives.
