港五公司專業(yè)技術(shù)人員職業(yè)發(fā)展通道研究

【摘要】:隨著企業(yè)的發(fā)展和不斷壯大,人力資源成為了企業(yè)生存的重要因素。專業(yè)技術(shù)人員作為企業(yè)人力資源的重要組成部分,流失現(xiàn)象越來越受到企業(yè)的重視。為此,通過借鑒西方的人力資源管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合我國企業(yè)自身的特點(diǎn),建立和完善符合專業(yè)技術(shù)人員需求的職業(yè)發(fā)展通道,有效激勵(lì)專業(yè)技術(shù)人員的工作積極性和工作效能,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定健康發(fā)展,成為急需研究的課題。本文采用理論研究與實(shí)踐探索相結(jié)合、調(diào)查研究與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合、經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒與創(chuàng)新思考相結(jié)合的方法,首先在參考大量文獻(xiàn)綜述觀點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了傳統(tǒng)的管理職務(wù)“單梯制”的發(fā)展通道現(xiàn)狀及弊端,提出建立專業(yè)技術(shù)人員職業(yè)發(fā)展通道的機(jī)制;其次,在闡述職業(yè)發(fā)展通道的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)之后,對職業(yè)發(fā)展通道模式及運(yùn)動(dòng)形式進(jìn)行了研究;再次,分析了港五公司專業(yè)技術(shù)人員職業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,并且對其存在的問題予以闡述和分析;然后,針對港五公司專業(yè)技術(shù)人員職業(yè)發(fā)展通道存在的問題,建立了實(shí)施方案,提出方案中的關(guān)鍵要素,總結(jié)了方案的實(shí)施情況與實(shí)施效果;最后,為保證方案的有效實(shí)施,提出對職業(yè)發(fā)展通道的保障措施。本文站在企業(yè)實(shí)際的層面,通過建立專業(yè)技術(shù)人員職業(yè)發(fā)展通道,一方面關(guān)注專業(yè)技術(shù)人員的職業(yè)發(fā)展,滿足其個(gè)人成長的需求;另一方面,保持企業(yè)的穩(wěn)定性,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的長久發(fā)展,從而構(gòu)建專業(yè)技術(shù)人員和企業(yè)雙贏雙利的局面。
[Abstract]:With the development and expansion of enterprises, human resources have become an important factor for the survival of enterprises. As an important part of enterprise human resources, the loss of professional and technical personnel has been paid more and more attention by enterprises. Therefore, by drawing lessons from the experience of human resources management in the West and combining the characteristics of our enterprises, we should establish and improve the professional development channels that meet the needs of professional and technical personnel, and effectively stimulate the enthusiasm and efficiency of professional and technical personnel in their work. Therefore, the sustainable, stable and healthy development of enterprises has become an urgent research topic. This paper combines theoretical research with practical exploration, investigation with empirical research, experience with innovative thinking, and first of all, on the basis of a large number of literature review points of view. This paper analyzes the current situation and malpractice of the traditional "single ladder system" in the management position, and puts forward the mechanism of establishing the professional and technical personnel career development channel. Secondly, after expounding the relevant theoretical basis of the career development channel, Thirdly, it analyzes the status quo of professional and technical personnel's career development in Hong Kong five companies, and expounds and analyzes its existing problems. In view of the problems existing in the professional and technical personnel career development channel of Hong Kong Fifth Company, the implementation scheme is established, the key elements of the scheme are put forward, and the implementation situation and effect of the scheme are summarized. Finally, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the scheme, Put forward the safeguard measure to career development channel. This article stands at the enterprise actual level, through the establishment of professional and technical personnel career development channel, on the one hand, pay attention to the professional and technical personnel career development, meet their personal growth needs; on the other hand, maintain the stability of the enterprise. Realize the long-term development of the enterprise, thus construct the situation that the professional technician and the enterprise double benefit.
