【摘要】：企業(yè)管理診斷就是一門診治企業(yè)疾病的科學(xué)。通過運(yùn)用科學(xué)的方法,找出企業(yè)中存在的問題及其原因,提出改善方案并指導(dǎo)實(shí)施,謀求企業(yè)興旺發(fā)達(dá)的一種經(jīng)濟(jì)管理活動(dòng)。本文首先分析了內(nèi)蒙古民航機(jī)場(chǎng)集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司開展管理診斷的重要意義,在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用資料分析法、訪談法和問卷調(diào)查法對(duì)該企業(yè)展開管理診斷,詳細(xì)論述了該企業(yè)存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)和問題,并提出改進(jìn)思路,為該企業(yè)管理水平的提升奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Enterprise management diagnosis is a science of diagnosis and treatment of diseases in enterprises. By using scientific methods to find out the existing problems and their causes in the enterprise, to put forward the improvement plan and guide the implementation, and to seek a kind of economic management activity for the enterprise to flourish and flourish. This paper first analyzes the significance of the management diagnosis of Inner Mongolia Civil Aviation Airport Group Co., Ltd., and based on the analysis of data, interviews and questionnaire survey, the author starts the management diagnosis of the enterprise. The advantages and problems of the enterprise are discussed in detail, and the improvement ideas are put forward to lay the foundation for the improvement of the management level of the enterprise.
