【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)，，人口城市化進(jìn)程加速，旅游事業(yè)日趨興旺，物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的突飛猛進(jìn)、國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際交往急劇增加等都導(dǎo)致大量的貨運(yùn)或客運(yùn)的需求。立足現(xiàn)在，放眼未來(lái)，新世紀(jì)的各種交通道路都面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。我國(guó)為了加快現(xiàn)代化的進(jìn)程，頒布了《國(guó)家高速公路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃》，該文件規(guī)劃了我國(guó)的高速公路網(wǎng)的建設(shè)進(jìn)程和計(jì)劃。 近年來(lái)，根據(jù)《國(guó)家高速公路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃》的規(guī)劃，我國(guó)每年新建設(shè)的高速公路的里程達(dá)到6000公里，這種規(guī)模和速度在國(guó)際上也是少有的。如此宏大的工程在也必然要求很高的工程管理水平和管理技術(shù)。雖然我國(guó)高速公路項(xiàng)目上施工管理領(lǐng)域做出來(lái)很大的成績(jī)，但是其中的一些亟待解決的問(wèn)題也不少，其中當(dāng)前最突出的問(wèn)題之一便是進(jìn)度的問(wèn)題，根據(jù)相關(guān)的統(tǒng)計(jì)資料，目前在建的高速公路項(xiàng)目絕大多數(shù)存在進(jìn)度問(wèn)題和進(jìn)度隱患。因此，高速公路的工期管理和工期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理就是一個(gè)具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的課題。 本文在深入研究了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理以及進(jìn)度管理等相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合我國(guó)高速公路建設(shè)過(guò)程的特點(diǎn)以及存在的問(wèn)題和薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，針對(duì)性地探討了高速公路的工期管理和工期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的方法和技術(shù)等。 最后本文以某高速的建設(shè)過(guò)程的工期管理和工期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范的實(shí)際管理過(guò)程為依托，對(duì)本文所探討的高速公路工期管理和工期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的理論進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證，證實(shí)了本文所述理論的科學(xué)性、合理性和現(xiàn)實(shí)性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous growth of our national economy, the acceleration of population urbanization, the prosperity of tourism industry, the rapid development of logistics industry, and the rapid increase of domestic and international exchanges, the demand for freight or passenger transport has been greatly increased. Based on the present and looking forward to the future, all kinds of traffic roads in the new century are facing enormous challenges. In order to speed up the process of modernization, China promulgated the National Highway Network Plan, which plans the construction process and plan of China's expressway network. In recent years, according to the Plan of National Highway Network, the mileage of the newly built expressway in China reaches 6000 km every year, which is also rare in the world. Such a grand project must also require a high level of engineering management and management technology. Although great achievements have been made in the field of construction management in expressway projects in our country, there are still many problems that need to be solved. One of the most prominent problems at present is the problem of progress. According to the relevant statistical data, At present, most of the highway projects under construction have schedule problems and hidden dangers. Therefore, the duration management and duration risk management of expressway is an important task with practical significance. On the basis of deeply studying the theories of risk, risk management and schedule management, this paper combines the characteristics, problems and weak links of expressway construction process in China. The methods and techniques of duration management and duration risk management of expressway are discussed. Finally, based on the construction period management of a high speed construction process and the actual management process of the duration risk prevention, this paper verifies the theory of the expressway duration management and the duration risk management discussed in this paper. It is proved that the theory described in this paper is scientific, reasonable and realistic.
