【摘要】：結(jié)合鄭州航空港經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)的技術(shù)實(shí)踐,深入探討技術(shù)范式的生成與轉(zhuǎn)化境域及對(duì)策。從外部而言,技術(shù)范式的生成與轉(zhuǎn)化是技術(shù)的社會(huì)形成,適應(yīng)技術(shù)使用者的大眾化和國(guó)際化,鄭州航空港經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)需要不斷推進(jìn)技術(shù)管理的民主化進(jìn)程;從內(nèi)部而言,技術(shù)范式的生成與轉(zhuǎn)化是技術(shù)知識(shí)選擇和建構(gòu)的過(guò)程,針對(duì)鄭州航空港經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)企業(yè)技術(shù)含量偏低的事實(shí),需要不斷加強(qiáng)原創(chuàng)、引進(jìn)和改進(jìn)的有效結(jié)合。在以上兩點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)上,鄭州航空港經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)發(fā)展過(guò)程中需要把中西方技術(shù)文化的深度融合嵌入到技術(shù)范式的生成與轉(zhuǎn)化過(guò)程中,融合技術(shù)時(shí)空語(yǔ)境,促進(jìn)港區(qū)技術(shù)實(shí)踐邁向新高度。
[Abstract]:Based on the technical practice of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental area, the formation and transformation of technological paradigm and its countermeasures are discussed. Externally, the generation and transformation of technology paradigm is the social formation of technology, adapting to the popularization and internationalization of technology users, Zhengzhou airport economic comprehensive experimental area needs to continuously promote the democratization process of technology management; from the internal point of view, The generation and transformation of technological paradigm is the process of technological knowledge selection and construction. In view of the fact that the technological content of enterprises in Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental area is on the low side, it is necessary to continuously strengthen the effective combination of originality, introduction and improvement. On the basis of the above two points, it is necessary to embed the deep integration of Chinese and western technology culture into the process of the formation and transformation of the technological paradigm in the process of the development of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone, and to integrate the space-time context of technology. To promote the technical practice of the port area to a new height.
