【摘要】：世界經(jīng)濟持續(xù)低迷，外貿(mào)不景，物流業(yè)舉步為艱。國家為降低物流成本，助推經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，出臺了一系列的扶持政策，大珠三角的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展等因素使粵港物流業(yè)雖有挑戰(zhàn)，也有機遇。 金穗港航集團是專業(yè)從事粵港港口物流業(yè)務的公司，本文通過學習國內(nèi)外物流業(yè)務的研究成果，收集宏觀經(jīng)濟信息，運用環(huán)境分析理論對金穗集團所處的政策環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟環(huán)境、社會環(huán)境、技術環(huán)境四個方面的因素分析，從總體上把握宏觀環(huán)境，并評價這些因素對企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標和戰(zhàn)略制定的影響。運用波特五力模型對其供應商的議價能力、購買者的議價能力、潛在競爭者進入的能力、替代品的替代能力、行業(yè)內(nèi)競爭者現(xiàn)在的競爭能力競爭環(huán)境進行分析，使決策者認清自己所處的競爭位置；用戰(zhàn)略理論對其優(yōu)勢、弱勢、機會、威脅四方面對其核心競爭力進行分析，歸納總結出集團定位，并提出針對性的建議，從而得出研究結論。 通過上述的分析，金穗集團優(yōu)勢在于有較好的網(wǎng)絡、較規(guī)范的管理、服務有一定的優(yōu)勢，但其弱勢在于內(nèi)部的凝聚力有待提升，對貨源的控制力較弱，信息化水平不高，綜合物流能力不強，業(yè)務主要局限在粵港兩地。 面對機遇、挑戰(zhàn)和自身的優(yōu)勢和劣勢，本論文認為，金穗集團建議采取如下措施： 1．立足香港，做大做強內(nèi)河集疏運服務，通過整合現(xiàn)有的珠三角西部的港區(qū)、碼頭資源，提升現(xiàn)有的外貿(mào)駁船業(yè)務，發(fā)展沿江班輪運輸業(yè)務，增加輪船的裝載率，提升服務質(zhì)量，提高效率、降低成本，做好粵港四大樞紐港的配角。 2．加強與國際航運巨頭的緊密合作，爭得在大港口、大碼頭中的地位從而拓展攬貨網(wǎng)絡，爭取制造企業(yè)的外包服務。 3．拓展大鏟港區(qū)的外貿(mào)駁船業(yè)務、南沙港的內(nèi)貿(mào)業(yè)務和珠海高欄港的江海聯(lián)運業(yè)務。 4．以香港為基地，適時拓展東北亞和東南亞業(yè)務，發(fā)展兩岸直航業(yè)務和沿海、近洋業(yè)務。 5．立足金穗集團廣州總部，依托南沙港基地，發(fā)展內(nèi)貿(mào)運輸業(yè)務。 穗集團在粵港物流業(yè)務中具有一定的代表性，本論文通過對其特殊性的分析，找出應對的措施，對該集團有一定的指導作用，對該行業(yè)中類同的企業(yè)也有參考作用。
[Abstract]:The world economy continues to be depressed, foreign trade is depressed, and the logistics industry is struggling. In order to reduce the logistics cost and boost the economic development, the state has issued a series of supporting policies. The economic development of the Greater Pearl River Delta has made the logistics industry of Guangdong and Hong Kong have both challenges and opportunities. Jinsui Port and Shipping Group is a company specializing in the logistics business of Guangdong and Hong Kong ports. By studying the research results of logistics business at home and abroad, this paper collects macroeconomic information, applies the theory of environmental analysis to the policy environment and economic environment of Jinsui Group. This paper analyzes the four factors of social environment and technological environment, grasps the macro environment as a whole, and evaluates the influence of these factors on the strategic goal and strategy formulation of the enterprise. This paper analyzes the bargaining power of its suppliers, the bargaining power of buyers, the ability of potential competitors to enter, the substitution ability of substitutes, and the competitive environment of competitors in the industry by using Porter's five-force model. Make the decision makers recognize their competitive position, analyze its core competence from four aspects: advantage, weakness, opportunity and threat, sum up the position of the group, and put forward some suggestions. Thus, the conclusion of the study is drawn. Through the above analysis, the advantages of Jinsui Group lie in having better network, more standardized management, and certain advantages of service, but its weakness lies in the internal cohesion to be improved, the control over the source of goods is weak, and the level of information is not high. Comprehensive logistics capacity is not strong, business is mainly confined to Guangdong and Hong Kong. In the face of opportunities, challenges and their own strengths and weaknesses, this paper believes that Jinsui Group should take the following measures: 1. Based on Hong Kong, we should strengthen inland river transportation services and integrate the existing port areas in the western Pearl River Delta. Wharf resources, upgrading of existing foreign trade barge business, development of liner shipping business along the Yangtze River, increasing ship loading rate, improving service quality, improving efficiency, reducing costs, (2) to strengthen close cooperation with international shipping giants, to gain a position in large ports and wharfs, and thus to expand the cargo collection network. 3. To expand the foreign trade barge business in Dazaogang area, the domestic trade business in Nansha port and the river and sea combined transport business in Gaolan port in Zhuhai. 4. Taking Hong Kong as the base, Timely expansion of Northeast Asia and Southeast Asia business, development of cross-strait direct shipping and coastal business, near foreign business. 5. Based on the Guangzhou headquarters of Jinsuo Group, relying on the Nansha Port Base, the development of domestic trade transport business. Guangzhou Group has certain representativeness in Guangdong and Hong Kong logistics business. Through the analysis of its particularity, this paper finds out the measures to deal with it, which has a certain guiding role for this group and a reference role for the similar enterprises in this industry.
