【摘要】：近幾年來,我國高速鐵路事業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,中國已成為世界上高速鐵路發(fā)展最快、系統(tǒng)技術(shù)最全、集成能力最強、運營里程最長、運營速度最高、在建規(guī)模最大的國家。然而,中國高速鐵路的發(fā)展離不開基礎(chǔ)研究,客流量是修建高速鐵路的基礎(chǔ)和依據(jù),合理的組織客流是發(fā)揮高速鐵路效益的關(guān)鍵,因此,分析高速鐵路客流,研究精確合理的高速鐵路短期客流預(yù)測及方法具有重要的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義。 本文首先從客流形成機制、行為特性以及組合預(yù)測三個角度綜述了高速鐵路客流預(yù)測的理論與方法,為短期預(yù)測模型的建立奠定理論基礎(chǔ)；其次,應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計與時間序列挖掘的方法從波動周期、振位、能量、模式混疊等角度對高速鐵路客流的波動特性進行分析,應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗?zāi)B(tài)分解(EMD)的方法對高速鐵路客流波動信號進行模態(tài)分析；第三,應(yīng)用改進經(jīng)驗?zāi)B(tài)分解(EEMD)模型,借助“隔離”預(yù)測的理念,構(gòu)建融合灰色生成與支持向量機的EEMD-GSVM短期預(yù)測模型,并研究了模態(tài)重構(gòu)與參數(shù)的優(yōu)化的方案；第四,以武廣高速鐵路為研究對象,運用所構(gòu)建的EEMD-GSVM短期預(yù)測模型對高速鐵路短期客流預(yù)測進行了實證分析,預(yù)測結(jié)果取得了較高的精度,說明EEMD-GSVM模型有較好的適應(yīng)性；最后總結(jié)了論文的研究成果,并提出了有待于繼續(xù)深入研究的問題。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the high-speed railway industry in China has developed rapidly. China has become a country with the fastest development, the most complete system technology, the strongest integration ability, the longest mileage, the highest operating speed and the largest scale under construction in the world. However, the development of high-speed railway in China can not be separated from basic research. Passenger flow is the basis and basis for the construction of high-speed railway. Reasonable passenger flow organization is the key to bring the benefit of high-speed railway into full play. Therefore, the passenger flow of high-speed railway is analyzed. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the accurate and reasonable prediction and method of short-term passenger flow on high-speed railway. In this paper, the theory and method of passenger flow prediction of high-speed railway are summarized from three aspects: the formation mechanism, behavior characteristics and combination forecasting of passenger flow, so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the establishment of short-term forecasting model. The fluctuation characteristics of passenger flow in high-speed railway are analyzed from the angles of wave period, vibration position, energy and mode aliasing by using the methods of statistics and time series mining. The method of empirical mode decomposition (EMD) is used to analyze the wave signals of passenger flow in high-speed railway. Thirdly, the improved empirical mode decomposition (EMD) model is applied to predict the passenger flow in high speed railway with the help of the idea of "isolation" prediction. The short term prediction model of EEMD-GSVM combined with grey generation and support vector machine is constructed, and the scheme of modal reconstruction and parameter optimization is studied. The short-term forecast model of EEMD-GSVM is used to analyze the short-term passenger flow forecast of high-speed railway, and the forecast result is high precision, which shows that the EEMD-GSVM model has good adaptability, and finally summarizes the research results of this paper. The problems to be further studied are put forward.
