【摘要】：高速公路是促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要組成部分,也是地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的重要象征與體現(xiàn)。湖南省經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,推動(dòng)著高速公路建設(shè)的跨越式發(fā)展。國(guó)中公司擁有較強(qiáng)的資金實(shí)力,但實(shí)際上卻存在著較大的資金缺口,公司需要根據(jù)實(shí)際情況選擇最為合理的融資方式來解決當(dāng)前問題。面對(duì)高速公路建設(shè)所需要的巨額資金,如何有效的對(duì)資金進(jìn)行籌集,是保證高速公路按計(jì)劃完成的關(guān)鍵。只有符合公司實(shí)際情況的項(xiàng)目融資模式,才能夠保證資金發(fā)揮出最大化的作用和吸引投資者進(jìn)行投資。 本文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)相關(guān)的理念進(jìn)行了研究,包括高速公路的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)效益,項(xiàng)目融資的定義和優(yōu)勢(shì),項(xiàng)目融資的幾種主要模式和選擇合理的高速公路項(xiàng)目融資模式的原則與條件等。通過對(duì)國(guó)中公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)該公司實(shí)行項(xiàng)目融資的必要性和可行性進(jìn)行了分析。在此基礎(chǔ)之上,對(duì)國(guó)中公司融資渠道的選擇,直接投資者的選擇,融資渠道的構(gòu)建,融資結(jié)構(gòu)分析,投資比例與信用擔(dān)保體系的選擇和實(shí)施程序進(jìn)行了探討和研究。并針對(duì)國(guó)中公司在進(jìn)行融資中可能出現(xiàn)的問題提出了保障措施,包括加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目組織與過程管理,爭(zhēng)取政府支持等方面,以促進(jìn)項(xiàng)目融資在國(guó)中公司有效的被運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:Expressway is an important part of promoting the economic development of our country, and it is also an important symbol and embodiment of the level of regional economic development. The economic development of Hunan Province promotes the leapfrog development of highway construction. The national middle school company has strong capital strength, but in fact there is a big fund gap, the company needs to choose the most reasonable financing method according to the actual situation to solve the current problem. Faced with the huge amount of funds needed for highway construction, how to raise funds effectively is the key to ensure the highway to be completed according to plan. Only in line with the actual situation of the company project financing model can ensure that the funds play a maximum role and attract investors to invest. Based on the analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper studies the related concepts, including the economic and social benefits of expressway, the definition and advantages of project financing. Several main modes of project financing and the principles and conditions of choosing reasonable expressway project financing mode. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of project financing in Guozhong Company. On this basis, the selection of financing channels, the choice of direct investors, the construction of financing channels, the analysis of financing structure, the proportion of investment and the selection and implementation procedure of credit guarantee system are discussed and studied. In view of the problems that may arise in financing, the paper puts forward some safeguard measures, including strengthening risk management, strengthening project organization and process management, obtaining government support and so on. To facilitate the effective use of project financing in national companies.
